“ANNOUNCEMENTS IN FREE BUSES WILL BE INITIATED”-TTD EO

Tirumala, 3 June 2016: For the benefit and information of the pilgrims who board TTD free buses in Tirumala, Announcement System will be immediately initiated said, TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao.

The monthly Dial Your EO Programme held at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Friday. The EO attended to about 18 calls by pilgrims from various states. Addressing a pilgrim caller Obulesu Raju from Bengaluru, the EO said, over his suggestion, the Public Announcement System will introduced with immediate effect for the sake of the pilgrims in TTD Free buses.

SOFT SKILLS SHOULD BE IMPROVED

When pilgrim caller Smt Nalini from Bengaluru sought to train Srivari Sevakulu and Scouts and Guides while handling the pilgrims inside srivari temple, the EO said training to the volunteers has been initiated a month ago with the renowned Satya Sai Seva Organisation who have been training the volunteers in soft skills.

DESIGN CALENDAR AS PER TELUGU UGADI

Another pilgrim caller Sri Krishna from Hyderabad urged the EO to design a calendar starting from Telugu Ugadi, to which the EO answered that already TTD has designed the panchangam in an effective manner this year.

EVENING SLOTS TO Rs.50 FROM JUNE

TTD will introduce evening slots for Rs.50 darshan tokens from June said TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao while answering a caller Sri Raghu.

SHELTER FOR SD SEVAPARAS

A pilgrim caller Smt Lakshmi from Nellore suggested TTD EO to make some arrangements to beat the heat during Sahasra Deepalankara Seva as the devotees are made to sit on plain floors. Reacting to this suggestion, the EO said, possible arrangements will be made for the convenience of the pilgrims.

TTD RELEASES 56,640 ONLINE SEVA TICKETS FOR JULY

A total no. of 56,640 online quota tickets were released TTD for the month of July 2016 which includes suprabhatam-6426, tomala-120, archana-120, viseshapuja-1497, astadalam-60, nijapadam-1859, kalyanam-11248, unjalseva-3000, arjita brahmotsavam-6450, vasantotsavam-11610, sahasra deepam-14250.
