AWARENESS PROGRAM FOR TTD EMPLOYEES ON COVID-19 IMPACT ON DIABETES HELD _ షుగ‌రు వ్యాధిపై క‌రోనా ప్ర‌భావం అనే అంశంపై టిటిడి ఉద్యోగులకు అవ‌గాహ‌న
Tirupati, 15 October 2020: An online awareness session on impact of COVID-19 on diabetes was conducted for the TTD employees at the SVETA Bhavan on Thursday by, prominent doctor of Tirupati Dr Krishna Prashanti.
During the session held from 11.00-1.00 pm Dr Prashanti highlighted the prospects of corona positive patients getting affected by diabetes leading to sugar, BP and high tension.
He said the patients of diabetes will have lesser capacity to resist any diseases and risk infections easily.
He advised the corona patients to undergo nebulisation exercise only, on doctor’s prescription. Later the doctor replied to queries posed by TTD employees online.
SVETA director Dr K Ramanjula Reddy, AEO Smt Jagsdiswari and others were present.

తిరుప‌తి, 2020 అక్టోబరు 15: తిరుప‌తిలోని శ్వేత భ‌వ‌నంలో గురువారం షుగ‌రు వ్యాధిపై క‌రోనా ప్ర‌భావం అనే అంశంపై తిరుప‌తికి చెందిన ప్ర‌ముఖ వైద్యురాలు డాక్టర్ కృష్ణ‌ప్ర‌శాంతి టిటిడి ఉద్యోగులకు ఆన్‌లైన్ ద్వారా అవ‌గాహ‌న కల్పించారు. ఉద‌యం 11 నుండి మ‌ధ్యాహ్నం 1 గంట వ‌ర‌కు ఈ కార్యక్రమం జరిగింది.
ఈ సందర్భంగా డాక్టర్ కృష్ణ‌ప్ర‌శాంతి మాట్లాడుతూ క‌రోనా వ్యాధి వ‌చ్చిన వారికి షుగ‌రు వ్యాధి వ‌చ్చే అవ‌కాశాలున్నాయ‌ని, ఇలాంటివారు కోలుకున్న త‌రువాత షుగ‌రు, బిపి, హైప‌ర్‌టెన్ష‌న్‌కు సంబంధించిన ప‌రీక్ష‌లు చేయించుకోవాల‌ని సూచించారు. షుగ‌రు వ్యాధి కార‌ణంగా రోగ‌నిరోధ‌క శ‌క్తి త‌గ్గుతుంద‌ని, త‌ద్వారా ఇత‌ర వ్యాధులు సుల‌భంగా వ్యాప్తి చెందే ప్ర‌మాద‌ముంటుంద‌ని చెప్పారు. క‌రోనా వ్యాధి వ‌చ్చిన వారు వైద్యుల స‌ల‌హా మేర‌కే నెబులైజేష‌న్ పెట్టుకోవాల‌ని సూచించారు. అనంతరం ఉద్యోగులు అడిగిన పలు సందేహాలను నివృత్తి చేశారు.
