BRAHMOTSAVAMS IS A HUGE SUCCESS DUE TO TEAM EFFORTS-TTD CHAIRMAN

DESIGNING OF 1000-PILLAR MANADAPAM IS IN OFFING

TIRUMALA, SEPT. 26: TTD Chairman Dr Ch Krishnamurthy asserted that the efforts of TTD in unison with other departments including police, district administration, APSRTC, APSPDCL etc. have resulted in organising an event-free annual Brahmotsavams.

Addressing media persons at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Saturday, the TTD Trust Board Chief said, “All our employees exhibited their skills and experience and executed their action plan under the able instructions of our EO, JEO and CVSO. Even IG, DIG, SP and their personnel also offered excellent services”, he observed.

The Chairman said, TTD has sufficient human and monetary resources. The only thing we are facing is the severe scarcity of water. But we are confident that with the grace of Lord we will be getting good rains. And even our Hinourable CM Sri N ChandraBabu Naidu has already began interlinking of River Godavari and Krishna. We are very much confident of overcoming water problem soon”, he asserted.

Sri Ch Krishnamurthy also said, the plan to reconstruct 1000-pillar Mandapam is almost ready. “Our designs are ready. After Navarathri Brahmotsavams next month, we will sit and negotiate with officials on its construction plan”, he maintained.

The chairman thanked devotees for braving the heavy rain on Garuda Seva day and witnessing the procession. “Even some pilgrims expressed their immense pleasure of having darshan twice along with darshan of Vahana Seva. This was possible only with the effective plan and execution of our officials and work force. With this spirit we are now confident to welcome and function for Navarathri Brahmotsavams with enhanced enthusiasm”, he added.

Later the Board Chief thanked media for giving extensive coverage enabling several millions of pilgrims across the globe to witness the grandeur of Srivari annual Brahmotsavams. “We foresee the same support from you all in future also”, he said.
