MORE FOCUS ON CLEANLINESS OF TIRUMALA-CHAIRMAN AND EO

Tirupati, 1 May 2018: TTD Trust board chief Sri P Sudhakar Yadav and TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal jointly discussed on the effective steps to be taken to keep Tirumala environs more hygienic and clean.

On Tuesday evening, a meeting was held in the Chamber of TTD EO in administrative building in Tirupati on improvement of sanitation in Tirumala.

Both the TTD Chairman and EO discussed in detail on the need to focus on sanitation improvement to further levels with the help of power point presentation.

They also felt that the sanitation measures should be improved based on the feed back from the Pilgrims especially during nights in the VQC compartments. They also felt the need to train Sulabh workers in soft communication skills while dealing with the pilgrims.

Later they both discussed on arrangement of stools in Kalyana katta for the sake of pilgrims instead of making the Pilgrims to squat on the floor during tonsuring for their convenience.
