CM OFFERS SILK VASTRAMS TO LORD – TAKES PART IN PEDDASESHA VAHANAM

Tirumala, 16 September 2015: The Honourable Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Sri N Chandrababu Naidu, offered new silk clothes to the Lord as a mark of obeisance on behalf of the state government. In the capacity of Head of the State Sri Naidu carried Vastrams in a traditional manner from Bedi Anjaneya Swamy temple to Srivari temple. Later he offered prayers to Lord Venkateswara and Vedic pundits offered him vedasirvachanam at Ranganayakula Mandapam after darshan. Later he took part in the first Vahana Seva-Peddasesha Vahanam.

The chief minister also released the single page calender of theTTD for the year 2016.

TTD Chairman Dr Ch Krishnamurthy, EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao, JEO’s Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju, Sri Pola Bhaskar, DIG Sri Sathyanarayana, CVSO Sri Nagendra Kumar, Urban SP Sri Gopinath Jatthi, Board Members and other officials took part.
