DEVOTEES THRONG TTD LOCAL TEMPLES ON DAY 1 OF NEW YEAR
ELABORATE ARRANGEMENTS MADE BY TTD
Tirupati, 1 January 2017: The first day of New Year 2017 witnessed huge turn out devotees in all the TTD-run temples in Tirupati and in Chittoor district on Sunday.
The Srinivasa Mangapuram and Alarmelu Mangapuram temples witnessed sea of devotees which began from 3am onwards itself. Devotees had a hassle free darshan in Appalayagunta, Sri KT, Sri KRT, Sri GT temples also in Tirupati.
Similar is the scenario on Chandragiri Ramalayam, Nagulapuram, Narayanavanam, Nagari Kariyamanikya Swamy temple, Valmikipuram temples in Chittoor district.
The devotees thronged Vontimitta, Tallapaka, Jammalamadugu temples taken over by TTD in Kadapa district and also in Upamaka temple.
Meanwhile TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao also visited Srinivasa Mangapuram, Kapilatheertham Temples and inspected the arrangements.
Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar supervised the arrangements in all the local temple by instructing the Deputy EOs and other officials of respective temples from time to time to provide convenient darshan to devotees.
