Tirupati, 11 December 2017: TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal has appealed to all devotees to not approach other private websites for booking TTD services like darshan, accommodation etc.
After a review with officials at the TTD buildings, he said several complaints were received from devotees that private websites were charging them additional fees for booking Rs 300 tickets, rooms and other arjita sevas.
He said devotees should log into www.ttdsevaonline.com website and for information about TTD they should approach the www.tirumala.org portal and avail all TTD services etc without extra charge.
He also categorically said that the TTD has not accorded permissions to any private websites to book TTD services. He also directed the Projects OSD Sri N Muktheswar Rao to the refurbish the Govinda mobile app and also the TTD website with more useful and attractive content and also that special programs of SVBC also could be viewed on the Govinda app.
The TTD EO also reviewed the legal applications, properties application and e-sale of publications applications on the website. He also wanted the TTD seva website is also made available in Hindi before Vaikunta Ekadasi so that all services of TTD are available to people of all five languages in the country.
Among others Tirupati JEO Sri Pola Bhaskar, CVSO Ake RaviKrishna, IT Chief Sri Sesha Reddy, Chief Information officer Sri Sudhakar, TCS officials Sri Bheema Sekhar and Sri Satya participated in the event.

ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ రూ.300 ప్రత్యేక ప్రవేశదర్శనం టికెట్లు, గదులు, ఆర్జిత సేవలు తదితర సేవలను బుక్‌ చేసుకునేందుకు ప్రైవేట్‌ వెబ్‌సైట్ల నిర్వాహకులు అదనపు రుసుము వసూలు చేస్తున్నారని భక్తుల నుంచి ఫిర్యాదులు అందుతున్నాయని తెలిపారు. టిటిడి సేవలకోసం www.ttdsevaonline.com వెబ్‌సైట్‌ను, టిటిడి సమాచారం కోసం www.tirumala.org వెబ్‌సైట్‌ను సంప్రదించాలని, తద్వారా అదనపు ఛార్జీలు చెల్లించకుండా టిటిడి సేవలను పొందవచ్చని తెలియజేశారు. టిటిడి సేవలను భక్తులకు అందించేందుకు ప్రైవేట్‌ వెబ్‌సైట్లకు ఎలాంటి అనుమతులు ఇవ్వలేదన్నారు. గోవింద మొబైల్‌ యాప్‌ కంటెంట్‌తో పాటు టిటిడి వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో తాజా సమాచారం ఉండేలా, సులువుగా ఉపయోగించేలా, ఆకర్షణీయంగా తీర్చిదిద్దాలని ప్రాజెక్ట్‌ల ప్రత్యేకాధికారి శ్రీ ఎన్‌. ముక్తేశ్వరరావుకు ఈవో సూచించారు. ఎస్వీబీసీ ప్రత్యక్షప్రసారాలను గోవింద మొబైల్‌ యాప్‌ ద్వారా తిలకించేలా చర్యలు చేపట్టాలన్నారు.
