ECO PARK SURROUNDING AVILALA TANK-TTD EO

Tirupati, 13 July 2016: The famous Avilala natural water tank should be developed as a role model with eco park surrounding it providing an aesthetic feel to the visitors, said TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao.

A review meeting on development of Avilala Ceruvu took place in the chambers of EO in TTD administrative building in Tirupati. TMC, TUDA and Tourism officials also took part in this review meeting along with TTD officials.

The EO instructed the TTD forest and engineering officials to develop walk track, gardens as a part of the beautification of the lake. “The development works of the lake should be completed before this October end”, he Reduced.

TMC Commissioner Sri Vinay Chand, TUDA Secretary Smt Madhavi Latha, Tourism regional director Sri Chandramouli, DWAMA PD Sri Venugopal Reddy, TTD CE Sri Chandra Sekhar Reddy, Deputy Conservator of Forests Sri Sivaram Prasad and others were also present.
