Tirumala. August 21,2017: TTD Executive Officer Sri Anil Kumar Singhal has today directed the officials of kalyana kata (tonsuring centre) at Tirumala to act immediately on complaints from devotees and also to spread awareness among barbers to provide hassle free services.
Addressing the review meeting today at Annamaiah Bhavan the TTD EO directed officials to put up sign boards – flexis in all languages on the walkers path-sopana margam- to educate the devotees on time slot system in the Divya darshan mode. He also advised the Tirupati JEO Sri Pola Bhaskar to strengthen the Call centre to address the complaints from the devotees. He also wanted the PRO to gather feed back from the walkers on their grievances through Srivari Sevaks.
The EO urged the engineering department to complete all the repair works and make the roads in Tirumala hurdle free. Operate all the key five departments on e-office to speed up decision making and also implementations, he said.
The EO also wanted the Health department to survey and execute timely plans to eliminate cockroach and fly menace at Tirumala ahead of the annual Brahmotsavams. Speed up the tender process for removal of solid wasted in Tirumala he advised the engineering and health department.
JEO’s Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju, Sri Pola Bhaskar, CVSO Sri Ravikrishna, Chief Engineer Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy, Addl FACAO Sri O Balaji, Additional CVSO Sri Shiva KUmar Reddy were present.
RICH TRIBUTES PAID TO FORMER EO DR PVRK PRASAD
Earlier TTD EO led the TTD officials on Monday morning in paying a rich tribute on the sad demise of the former TTD EO DR PVRK Prasad.
Speaking on the occasion Sri Singhal said Dr PVRK as he was popularly addressed was a fountainhead of spiritual expression and devotion to Lord Venkateswara. Dr Prasad had taken lead in the task of facilitation of devotees at Tirumala and introduced stellar reforms in TTD administration during his tenure at TTD as EO between 1978-82.
Later on Dr Prasad had continued a mentor of all dharmic and social activities of TTD and helped conceive the Hindu Dharma Prachara Parishad, Annamacharya project, Dasa Sahitya Project, Alwar Divya Prabhadh and also the master plan for development of Tirumala as and also successfully conducted the Golden jubilee celebrations.
Dr Prasad had also introduced the unique arjita seva- Astha dala Pada padma aradhana seva and also credited with compilation of a devotional quotient book :” Naham Kartha Hari : Kartha.

తిరుమల, 21 ఆగస్టు 2017 : కల్యాణకట్టలో శ్రీవారికి తలనీలాలు సమర్పిస్తున్న భక్తుల నుంచి అందుతున్న ఫిర్యాదులపై వెంటనే తగిన చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని, ఫిర్యాదులను వీలైనంత వరకు తగ్గించేందుకు క్షురకులకు అవగాహన కల్పించాలని టిటిడి ఈవో శ్రీ అనిల్‌కుమార్‌ సింఘాల్‌ సివిఎస్‌వో శ్రీ ఆకె రవికృష్ణకు సూచించారు. తిరుమలలోని అన్నమయ్య భవనంలో సోమవారం తిరుమల జెఈవో శ్రీ కె.ఎస్‌.శ్రీనివాసరాజు, తిరుపతి జెఈవో శ్రీ పోల భాస్కర్‌, సివిఎస్‌వో శ్రీ రవికృష్ణతో కలిసి ఈవో సీనియర్‌ అధికారులతో సమీక్ష సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ కాలినడకన వచ్చే భక్తులకు దివ్యదర్శన టైంస్లాట్‌ విధానంపై అవగాహన కల్పించేందుకు అలిపిరి, శ్రీవారిమెట్టు నడకమార్గాల్లో వివిధ భాషల్లో ఫ్లెక్సీలు ఏర్పాటుచేయాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. తిరుపతిలో కాల్‌ సెంటర్‌ను బలోపేతం చేయాలని జెఈవో శ్రీ పోల భాస్కర్‌కు సూచించారు. నడకమార్గాల్లో సమస్యలను గుర్తించేందుకు శ్రీవారి సేవకుల ద్వారా భక్తుల నుంచి ఫీడ్‌బ్యాక్‌ తీసుకోవాలని ప్రజాసంబంధాల అధికారిని ఆదేశించారు. బ్రహ్మూెత్సవాల నేపథ్యంలో ఇంజినీరింగ్‌ పనులను సకాలంలో పూర్తి చేయాలన్నారు. తిరుమలలో రోడ్ల ఆక్రమణలను తొలగించి భక్తుల సంచారానికి ఇబ్బంది లేకుండా చూడాలని సూచించారు. వచ్చే నెల నుంచి ఐదు విభాగాల్లో ఈ-ఆఫీస్‌ను అమలుచేయాలని, దశలవారీగా ఇతర విభాగాలకు విస్తరించాలని ఆదేశించారు. ప్రభుత్వ ఆరోగ్యశాఖ నిపుణుల సహకారంతో ముందస్తు సర్వే నిర్వహించి తిరుమలలో బొద్దింకలు, ఈగల నివారణకు చర్యలు చేపట్టాలన్నారు. ఘనవ్యర్థాల తొలగింపునకు టెండర్ల ప్రక్రియను త్వరితగతిన పూర్తి చేసేందుకు ఇంజినీరింగ్‌, ఆరోగ్య విభాగం అధికారులు కృషి చేయాలని సూచించారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ ఆధ్యాత్మిక భావాలు మెండుగా గల శ్రీ పివిఆర్‌కె.ప్రసాద్‌ 1978 నుంచి 1982వ సంవత్సరం వరకు తిరుమల తిరుపతి దేవస్థానంలో కార్యనిర్వహణాధికారిగా సేవలందించారని తెలిపారు. భక్తుల సౌకర్యాలకు పెద్దపీట వేస్తూ పలు సంస్కరణలకు శ్రీకారం చుట్టారని, హిందూధర్మప్రచార పరిషత్‌, అన్నమాచార్య ప్రాజెక్టు, దాససాహిత్య ప్రాజెక్టు, ఆళ్వార్‌ దివ్యప్రబంధ ప్రాజెక్టులు వీరి హయాంలోనే రూపుదిద్దుకున్నాయని చెప్పారు. తిరుమల మాస్టర్‌ప్లాన్‌ను రూపొందించారని, టిటిడి స్వర్ణోత్సవ వేడుకలను నిర్వహించారని, శ్రీవారి ఆలయంలో అష్టదళ పాదపద్మారాధన సేవను ప్రవేశపెట్టారని వివరించారు. స్వతహాగా పండితుడైన శ్రీ పివిఆర్‌కె.ప్రసాద్‌ ”నాహం కర్త హరి: కర్త” అనే పుస్తకాన్ని రచించారని, ఇందులో శ్రీవేంకటేశ్వరస్వామివారితో ఆయనకున్న వాస్తవ అనుభవాలను, భక్తిభావాన్ని విశదీకరించారని తెలిపారు.
