EO INAUGURATES VEDIC HERITAGE CORRIDOR AT SVVU _ వేదిక్ హెరిటేజ్ కారిడార్ ప్రారంభించిన టీటీడీ ఈవో శ్రీ ఎవి ధర్మారెడ్డి
Tirupati, May 20 2023: TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy on Saturday inaugurated a unique Vedic Heritage Corridor in the premises of the TTD-run SV Vedic University campus.
Speaking on the occasion the EO said thousands of years ago, the ancient and sacred Vedas had impounded the embedded knowledge related to 190 subjects including Aerospace, Mathematics, Health, Yoga and others.
He lauded the efforts of SVVU authorities and through the Vedic Heritage Corridor asked them to impart the ancient knowledge to younger and future generations.
He also released two volumes titled “Some Facets of Indian Knowledge Systems” and “Essays of Indian Knowledge Systems” penned by Vice-chancellor Acharya Rani Sadashiv Murty. TTD EO also urged the VC to publish other aspects of ancient knowledge at the earliest.
Acharya Rani Sadashiv Murti said Vedas and Homas were not just cultural and religious elements but contained useful knowledge for the well-being of the society. The Vedic Heritage Corridor was aimed at focusing on the link between present-day society and ancient knowledge. The corridor comprised of photo exhibition open to all to enlighten themselves.
Thereafter the EO reviewed the monthly progress of the TTD manuscripts project and suggested MoU for digitising the manuscripts available with individuals and institutions around Tirupati.
He expressed happiness over the pace of digitisation, oiling, scanning, cataloging and storing in lockers, of the available manuscripts undertaken jointly by the TTD and the Sanatana Jeevan Trust and urged for giving access to all.
JEO for Health and Education Smt Sada Bhargavi, Sanatana Jeevana Trust President Sri Sridhar, Dyeo of Manuscripts Project Smt Vijayalakshmi, SV Vedic University Registrar Acharya Radhe Shyam were also present.

తిరుపతి, 2023 మే 20: వేదాల్లోని విజ్ఞానాన్ని భావితరాలకు తెలియజేయడం కోసం శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వర వేద విశ్వవిద్యాలయం వేదిక్ హెరిటేజ్ కారిడార్ ప్రారంభించడం అభినందనీయమని టీటీడీ ఈవో శ్రీ ఎవి ధర్మారెడ్డి అన్నారు. ఎస్వీ వేదిక్ యూనివర్సిటీలో శనివారం ఆయన వేదిక్ హెరిటేజ్ కారిడార్ ను ప్రారంభించారు. ఈసందర్బంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ, వేదాలు కొన్ని వేల సంవత్సరాల క్రితమే అంతరిక్ష విజ్ఞానం, యాజమాన్య నిర్వహణ, గణితం, ఆరోగ్య సంరక్షణ, యోగ, ఆహారం తీసుకోవాల్సిన విధానం లాంటి దాదాపు 190 అంశాలను కూలంకషంగా వివరించాయన్నారు. వీటి గురించి నేటి తరం వారికి తెలియజేసే ప్రయత్నం చేయడం సంతోషకరమన్నారు.
వీటికి సంబంధించి అంశాలతో వేద విశ్వవిద్యాలయం ఉప కులపతి ఆచార్య రాణి సదాశివమూర్తి రచించిన సం ఫాక్ట్స్ ఆఫ్ ఇండియన్ నాలెడ్జ్ సిస్టమ్స్, ఎస్సేస్ ఆన్ ఇండియన్ నాలెడ్జ్ సిస్టమ్స్ అనే రెండు పుస్తకాలను ఈవో శ్రీ ధర్మారెడ్డి ఆవిష్కరించారు .
వీటిని వేద విశ్వవిద్యాలయం ప్రచురించింది. మిగిలిన అంశాలపై కూడా పుస్తకాలు రచించి అందుబాటులోకి తేవాలని ఆయన వేదిక్ యూనివర్సిటీ విసిని కోరారు.
విశ్వవిద్యాలయం ఉప కులపతి ఆచార్య రాణి సదాశివ మూర్తి మాట్లాడుతూ, వేదాలు యజ్ఞయాగాలు నిర్వహించడం, గృహాలలో సంస్కారాలు చేసుకోవడానికి మాత్రమే పనికి వస్తాయనేది నేటి తరం అభిప్రాయమని తెలిపారు. పూర్వ కాలంలో సమాజానికి కావలసిన అన్ని రకాల అవసరాలు తీర్చడానికి వేదాలు, శాస్రాలు ఎంతగానో ఉపయోగపడినట్లు వివరించారు. ఆధునిక జీవన విధానంలో వేద విజ్ఞానం ఏవిధంగా ఉపయోగపడుతుందో తెలియజేయడానికే వేదిక్ హెరిటేజ్ కారిడార్ ఏర్పాటు చేశామని తెలిపారు. నిర్ణీత సమయంలో ఎవరైనా వచ్చి ఈ చిత్ర ప్రదర్శనను చూసి, విషయాలను తెలుసుకోవచ్చని చెప్పారు.
అనంతరం ఈవో మ్యాన్ స్క్రిప్ట్స్ ప్రాజెక్టు మాస ప్రగతిపై సమీక్ష జరిపారు. తిరుపతి, పరిసర ప్రాంతాల్లోని సంస్థలు,వ్యక్తుల వద్ద ఉన్న మ్యాన్ స్క్రిప్ట్స్ ను డిజిటైజ్ చేయడానికి చర్యలు తీసుకుని అవగాహన ఒప్పందాలు చేసుకోవాలని సూచించారు.
ప్రస్తుతం అందుబాటులో ఉన్న మ్యాన్ స్క్రిప్ట్స్ లను శుభ్రపరచడం, నూనె రాయటం, స్కాన్, డిజిటైజ్ చేసి క్యాటలాగ్స్ రూపొందించి లాకర్లలో భద్ర పరచే పని సంతృప్తి కరంగా సాగుతోందన్నారు . టీటీడీ, సనాతన జీవన ట్రస్ట్ సంయుక్తంగా చేస్తున్న ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని మరింతగా సమాజానికి చేరువ చేసేలా పని చేయాలని చెప్పారు.
