EO REVIEWS ON CDMS

Tirupati, 13 April 2017: TTD EO Dr D Sambsiva Rao instructed the IT wing of TTD and Publicity department to bring extensive awareness among the donors on Cottage Donor Management System(CDMS).

A review meeting on CDMS took place in the chambers of TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao on Thursday in administrative building in Tirupati. Speaking on the occasion, the EO opined there is need to give more publicity in order to bring all the donors into the fold CDMS. “The CDMS should be given enough publicity by PR department and also in SVBC. The IT wing should incorporate all the norms and guidelines on TTD website to enable the netizens to know about the new system”, he added.

The EO also said, “Those firms which have completed 20 years, they should send their requests for retaining the benefits through re-donation so that they can enjoy their privileges. The CDMS will be under the control of Deputy R1. The problems to donors if any should be settled by him. Even he is also given discretion powers in the allotment of cottages to donors. In the case of any festivals, where we cannot allot cottages to donors, the list of calendar year festival dates should also be put on our website for the information of the donors”, he added.

The EO instructed the concerned to give better traning to all the staff members who are handling CDMS so as to guide the donors in a proper manner. “Wide publicity should be given on CDMS, Mobile app in media, SVBC and also flexi boards should be kept at all vital points for the information of pilgrim public”, the EO directed the officials concerned.
