EO REVIEWS ON COMMODITIES_ శ్రీవారి ప్రసాదాల తయారీకి మరింత నాణ్యమైన వంటసరుకులను వినియోగించాలి : టిటిడి ఈవో
Tirumala, 25 January 2018: To enhance the quality of all the commodities that are being procured by TTD towards the preparation of laddu, vada, other prasadams and Annaprasadams, a review meeting was conducted by TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Thursday evening.
The EO instructed the Head of the Procurement wing Sri Subramanyam and Health Officer Dr Sermista to strictly follow the prescribed norms of Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) and Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) while procuring the commodities including dry grapes, dry chillies, cardomom, BG dal, turmeric powder, mustard seeds, tamarind etc.
“We should go for the finesse of the commodities to enhance the taste of both religious and anna prasadams”, he maintained.
Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju, FACAO Sri O Balaji were also present.

తిరుమల, 2018 జనవరి 25: శ్రీవారి లడ్డూ, వడ, ఇతర అన్నప్రసాదాల తయారీకి మరింత నాణ్యమైన వంటసరుకులను వినియోగించాలని టిటిడి ఈవో శ్రీ అనిల్‌కుమార్‌ సింఘాల్‌ అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. తిరుమలలోని అన్నమయ్య భవనంలో గురువారం సాయంత్రం తిరుమల జెఈవో శ్రీకె.ఎస్‌.శ్రీనివాసరాజుతో కలసి అధికారులతో ఈవో సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ ఎండుద్రాక్ష, ఎండుమిరప, యాలకలు, శెనగపప్పు, పసుపు, ఆవాలు, చింతపండు తదితర వంటసరుకుల కొనుగోలు విషయంలో సెంట్రల్‌ ఫుడ్‌ టెక్నాలజి రీసర్చ్‌ ఇనిస్టిట్యూట్‌, ఫుడ్‌ సేఫ్టీ అండ్‌ స్టాండర్డ్స్‌ అథారిటీ ఆఫ్‌ ఇండియా నిబంధనలను పాటించాలని మార్కెటింగ్‌ జనరల్‌ మేనేజర్‌ శ్రీ సుబ్రమణ్యం, ఆరోగ్యశాఖాధికారి డా|| శర్మిష్టను ఆదేశించారు.
ఈ సమావేశంలో టిటిడి ఎఫ్‌ఏ,సిఏవో శ్రీ ఓ.బాలాజి ఇతర అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
