Tirupati, 21 May 2018: As Tirumala is now witnessing mid summer rush, the officials should extend more facilities to the scores of pilgrims who are flooding the hill town, said TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal.

During the review meeting held at TTD administrative building with senior officers on Monday, the EO said, the devotees with SSD tokens should enter compartments only on the given time. The Srivari Seva Volunteers should be trained to guide the pilgrims to reach the compartments on the right time alone. He instructed the concerned authorities that the reporting time and date on tokens issued to the pilgrims should be more visible.

Later the EO directed the officials to purchase the cots required for new Seva Sadan Complex and the green scape should be developed surrounding the Seva building. He also instructed the Garden wing Superintendent to complete greenery from Alipiri to Tirumala in first phase and take up the second phase works from Srivarimettu. He instructed the Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar to inspect the PAC in Vontimitta and ensure it is allotted to the devotees in a proper manner.

Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju, In-charge CVSO Sri Siva Kumar Reddy, CE Sri Chandra Sekhar Reddy, FACAO Sri Balaji and other officers were also present.

తిరుపతి, 2018 మే 21: వేసవి సెలవుల కారణంగా తిరుమలలో రద్దీ అధికంగా ఉందని, భక్తులకు సౌకర్యాల కల్పనలో అధికారులు అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండి పటిష్టమైన చర్యలు చేపట్టాలని టిటిడి ఈవో శ్రీ అనిల్‌కుమార్‌ సింఘాల్‌ సూచించారు. తిరుపతిలోని టిటిడి పరిపాలనా భవనంలో గల సమావేశ మందిరంలో సోమవారం సీనియర్‌ అధికారులతో ఈవో సమీక్ష సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు.

ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ సర్వదర్శనం టోకెన్లు పొందిన భక్తులు నిర్దేశించిన సమయానికి మాత్రమే కంపార్ట్‌మెంట్లకు చేరుకోవాలని, ముందుగా రావడం వల్ల ఎక్కువ సమయం వేచి ఉన్నట్టు కనిపిస్తోందని అన్నారు. సర్వదర్శనం టోకెన్‌ భక్తులు సకాలంలో చేరుకునేలా శ్రీవారి సేవకుల ద్వారా అవగాహన కల్పించాలని సూచించారు. సర్వదర్శనం టోకెన్లపై రిపోర్టింగ్‌ తేదీ, సమయం ఇతర వివరాలను మరింత స్పష్టంగా ముద్రించాలని సంబంధిత అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. భక్తుల సౌకర్యార్థం నారాయణగిరి ఉద్యానవనాల్లో వేగంగా వీచే గాలులను తట్టుకునేలా షెడ్లు నిర్మించాలన్నారు. లేపాక్షి నుండి ఉన్న క్యూలైన్లను భక్తులు వినియోగించేలా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలని సూచించారు. దివ్యాంగులను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని తిరుమలలో నిర్మించనున్న అదనపు మరుగుదొడ్లలో తగిన జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకోవాలన్నారు. తిరుమలలో సూచికబోర్డులు ప్రస్తుతం తెలుగు, ఇంగ్లీషులో ఉన్నాయని, మిగిలిన భాషల్లో కూడా అందుబాటులో ఉంచాలని సూచించారు.

నిర్మాణంలో ఉన్న నూతన శ్రీవారిసేవాసదన్‌కు అవసరమైన మంచాలను తెప్పించుకోవాలని, ఈ భవనం చుట్టూ పచ్చదనాన్ని అభివృద్ధి చేయాలని ఈవో ఆదేశించారు. మొదటి దశలో అలిపిరి నుండి తిరుమల వరకు మొక్కల పెంపకాన్ని పూర్తి చేయాలని, సెప్టెంబర్‌ నెల తర్వాత రెండోదశలో శ్రీవారిమెట్టు నుంచి తిరుమలకు మొక్కల పెంపకం చేపట్టాలని సంబంధిత అధికారులను కోరారు. ఒంటిమిట్టలోని యాత్రికుల వసతి సముదాయం నిర్వహణ, భక్తులకు కేటాయింపుపై త్వరితగతిన చర్యలు చేపట్టాలని తిరుపతి జెఈవోను ఆదేశించారు. ఒంటిమిట్ట అభివృద్ధి పనులకు సంబంధించి కడప జిల్లా కలెక్టర్‌తో సమన్వయం చేసుకోవాలన్నారు.

ఈ సమావేశంలో టిటిడి తిరుమల జెఈవో శ్రీ కె.ఎస్‌.శ్రీనివాసరాజు, తిరుపతి జెఈవో శ్రీపోల భాస్కర్‌, ఎఫ్‌ఏ,సిఏవో శ్రీ ఓ.బాలాజి, ఇన్‌చార్జి సివిఎస్‌వో శ్రీ శివకుమార్‌రెడ్డి, చీఫ్‌ ఇంజినీర్‌ శ్రీచంద్రశేఖర్‌రెడ్డి ఇతర అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
