Tirupati, 23 Sep. 19: Clarifying on the book “Bhakti Geetamruta Lahari” which was uploaded in TTD website under e-Publications, the TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal said, the said book was published in 2002 and uploaded in 2015.
The EO has given a detail clarification on the book during the media conference held at Conference Hall in TTD Administrative Building in Tirupati on Monday evening.
“TTD has commenced Financial Aid to Authors Scheme in May 1979 with specific guidelines. As per the norms, an expert committee with scholars from various languages will scrutinize first 16 pages of any book under this scheme, before giving green signal to provide Financial Aid to the author. After verification 50% of the financial Aid to the author and accepts 50 books for sales in TTD Publications. During that time, the experts committee consisted of stalwarts from the field of literature including Dr Samudrala Lakshmanaiah, Dr Satyawati, Prof S Lakshmanamurthy, Sri Ramabrahmam before they finalized financial grant to the book written by Sri Mande Chinna Sitaramaiah, which was published in 2002 and uploaded on our website in 2014-15 under e-Publications. Following the controversial matter published in the said book in the pages 182, 183 and 184, we have immediately deleted the book from our website.
“After this instance, we have now taken a decision to delete all the e-books under Finance in Aid scheme from our website for a re-verification which may take a couple of months time since they several thousands in numbers. The norms and guidelines forGrant-in-Aid books will also be revised to ensure that such controversial issues will not happen in future”, EO asserted.

తిరుప‌తిలోని టిటిడి ప‌రిపాల‌నా భ‌వ‌నంలో గ‌ల స‌మావేశ మందిరంలో సోమ‌వారం సాయంత్రం తిరుపతి జెఈవో శ్రీ పి.బ‌సంత్‌కుమార్‌తో క‌లిసి ఈవో మీడియా స‌మావేశం నిర్వ‌హించారు. ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ టిటిడి వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో పొందుప‌రిచిన భ‌క్తి గీతామృత ల‌హ‌రి అనే పుస్త‌కంలో 182, 183, 184 పేజీల్లో అన్య‌మ‌తానికి సంబంధించిన అంశాలున్నాయ‌ని సామాజిక మాధ్య‌మాల్లో ప్ర‌చారం జ‌రుగుతున్న‌ట్టు త‌మ దృష్టికి వ‌చ్చింద‌న్నారు. ఆ పుస్త‌కాన్ని వెంట‌నే తొల‌గించి త‌దుప‌రి చ‌ర్య‌లు చేప‌ట్టిన‌ట్టు వివ‌రించారు.
1979లో ర‌చ‌యిత‌ల‌కు ఆర్థిక సాయం అందించి పుస్త‌క ర‌చ‌న చేసేలా టిటిడి ఒక ప‌థ‌కాన్ని ప్రారంభించింద‌ని, ఇందులో శ్రీ‌వారి వైభ‌వాన్ని తెలిపేలా, హిందూ ధ‌ర్మాన్ని మాత్ర‌మే ప్ర‌చారం చేసేలా పుస్త‌కాలు ఉండాల‌ని మార్గ‌ద‌ర్శ‌కాలు రూపొందించింద‌ని తెలియ‌జేశారు. 2004వ సంవ‌త్స‌రం వ‌ర‌కు సుమారు 4 వేల మంది ర‌చ‌యిత‌ల‌కు ఆర్థిక స‌హ‌కారం అందించిన‌ట్టు వెల్ల‌డించారు.
2002వ సంవ‌త్స‌రంలో తూర్పుగోదావ‌రి జిల్లా ధ‌వ‌ళేశ్వ‌రానికి చెందిన శ్రీ మండ చిన్నసీతారామ‌య్య టిటిడి ఆర్థిక సాయంతో భ‌క్తి గీతామృత ల‌హ‌రి పుస్త‌కాన్ని ర‌చించార‌ని ఈవో తెలిపారు. ఐదుగురితో కూడిన నిపుణుల క‌మిటీ 2 రోజుల పాటు ఈ పుస్త‌కాన్ని క్షుణ్ణంగా ప‌రిశీలించి ముద్ర‌ణ‌కు అనుమ‌తించింద‌ని చెప్పారు. నిబంధ‌న‌ల ప్ర‌కారం 16 పేజీలు ర‌చించిన త‌రువాత 50 శాతం, పుస్త‌కం పూర్త‌యిన త‌రువాత మిగిలిన 50 శాతం మొత్తాన్ని ర‌చ‌యిత‌కు టిటిడి చెల్లించింద‌న్నారు. ఇలాంటి పుస్త‌కాల ప‌రిశీల‌న‌కు 2009వ సంవ‌త్స‌రం నుండి నిపుణుల క‌మిటీకి 15 రోజుల స‌మ‌యం ఇస్తున్నామ‌న్నారు.
2014-15లో టిటిడి ప్ర‌చుర‌ణ‌లను భ‌క్తులు ఉచితంగా డౌన్‌లోడ్ చేసుకునేలా ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో అందుబాటులో ఉంచాల‌ని టిటిడి నిర్ణ‌యించింద‌ని ఈవో తెలిపారు. ఈ మేర‌కు అన్ని పుస్త‌కాల‌ను 2015వ సంవ‌త్స‌రంలో టిటిడి వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో పొందుప‌రిచింద‌న్నారు. భ‌క్తి గీతామృత ల‌హ‌రి పుస్త‌క ర‌చ‌న స‌మ‌యంలో ఉన్న మార్గ‌ద‌ర్శ‌కాల‌ను ప‌రిశీలించి ఈ త‌ప్పిదానికి కార‌కులైన వారిపై చ‌ర్య‌లు తీసుకుంటామ‌ని తెలిపారు.
