Tirupati, 19 March 2018: The prime focus will be on sanitation during this year brahmotsavams in Tirumala, said TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal.
During the Senior Officers’ review meeting held in the conference hall of TTD administrative building in Tirupati on Monday, the EO directed the Engineering wing to construct more number of toilets in Tirumala and instructed the Health Officer Dr Sermista to take care of sanitation to the best possible level. “Keeping in view our past experiences, there should not be any complaint from the pilgrim side. Construct sufficient number of toilets and there should not be any compromise on the maintenance front”, he added.
The EO also directed Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar to negotiate with the concerned authorities of different States on sending their unique art troupes to perform during annual brahmotsavams of Tirumala this year.
The TTD administrative head also reviewed on the replacement of DFMDs, scanners, CCTV cameras, video walls etc. with CVSO Sri A Ravi Krishna. The EO instructed the CVSO to come with a detailed security plan of all institutions, temples and information centres of TTD.
The EO said, there will be a review meeting on the arrangements of upcoming annual brahmotsavams at Vontimitta of Kadapa district on March 22 with TTD and district authorities.
Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju, Special Officer Sri N Muktheswara Rao, FACAO Sri Balaji, CE Sri Chandra Sekhar Reddy and other senior officers were also present.

మార్చి 19, తిరుపతి, 2018: రానున్న తిరుమల శ్రీవారి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల్లో భక్తులకు ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బందులు లేకుండా మరింత మెరుగ్గా పారిశుద్ధ్య చర్యలు చేపట్టాలని టిటిడి ఈవో శ్రీ అనిల్‌కుమార్‌ సింఘాల్‌ అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. తిరుపతిలోని టిటిడి పరిపాలనా భవనంలో గల సమావేశ మందిరంలో సోమవారం సీనియర్‌ అధికారులతో ఈవో సమీక్ష సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల సందర్భంగా పరిశుభ్రతకు పెద్దపీట వేయాలని, ఇందుకోసం అదనంగా మరుగుదొడ్లు ఏర్పాటుచేయాలని, తగినంత మంది సిబ్బందిని వినియోగించుకోవాలని సూచించారు. గత అనుభవాలను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని, ఇప్పటినుంచే దీనికి సంబంధించిన ప్రణాళికలు రూపొందించాలన్నారు. అదేవిధంగా, కళాబృందాల ప్రదర్శనలు ప్రత్యేక ఆకర్షణగా ఉండేలా చర్యలు చేపట్టాలని కోరారు. తిరుచానూరు శ్రీ పద్మావతి అమ్మవారి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల్లో పలు రాష్ట్రాలకు చెందిన కళాబృందాల ప్రదర్శనలు భక్తులను ఎంతగానో ఆకట్టుకున్నాయన్నారు. ఇదేతరహాలో మరిన్ని రాష్ట్రాల నుండి కళాబృందాలను శ్రీవారి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాలకు ఆహ్వానించాలని, ఇందుకోసం ఆయా రాష్ట్రాల ప్రధాన కార్యదర్శులతో సంప్రదింపులు జరపాలని తిరుపతి జెఈవోను ఆదేశించారు.
ఒంటిమిట్ట శ్రీకోదండరామస్వామివారి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల ఏర్పాట్లపై మార్చి 22న టిటిడి, జిల్లా అధికార యంత్రాంగంతో సమీక్ష నిర్వహిస్తామని ఈవో తెలిపారు. తిరుమలతోపాటు, తిరుపతిలోని అనుబంధ ఆలయాలు, ఇతర టిటిడి సంస్థలు, బెంగళూరు, చెన్నైలోని సమాచార కేంద్రాల్లో భద్రతా ప్రణాళికను రూపొందించాలని సివిఎస్‌వోను ఈవో కోరారు. కల్యాణకట్ట క్షురకులు భక్తుల నుండి డబ్బులు తీసుకున్నట్టు తేలితే విధుల నుంచి తొలగించాలన్నారు. ఏప్రిల్‌ 30 నాటికల్లా తిరుమలలో సూచికబోర్డులను పూర్తిస్థాయిలో ఏర్పాటుచేయాలన్నారు. లడ్డూ నాణ్యతను మెరుగుపరిచేందుకు ఏర్పాటుచేసిన కమిటీ త్వరగా నివేదిక సమర్పించాలని ఆదేశించారు. మే నెల నాటికి టిటిడిలో ఎల్‌ఇడి లైట్ల ఏర్పాటును పూర్తి చేయాలన్నారు. బర్డ్‌, ఎస్వీబీసీలోనూ ఈ-ఆఫీస్‌ను అమలుచేయాలని సూచించారు.
