FORMER PRESIDENT OF SRILANKA OFFERED PRAYERS IN TIRUMAL TEMPLE
Tirumala 21 August 2016: Former Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajpaksa offered Prayers to Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala on Wednesday morning. On his arrival he was welcomed by Tirumala Joint Executive Officer Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju.
After darshan of Lord, the President was given holy water – Teertham, and was extended Satari honours.
Tirumala JEO have offered prasadams, 12 Sheet calendar, lamination photo of Lord to the Sri Lanka EX- President.
Temple DyEO Sri Haridranath and others were present.
