GARUDA SEVA PERFORMED ON GARUDA PANCHAMI_ వైభవంగా గరుడసేవ

Tirumala, 28 July 2017: It was a cynosure to the eyes of scores of pilgrims who thronged the temple town of Tirumala on the auspicious day of Garuda Panchami, as they witnessed the majestic procession of Lord Sri Malayappa Swamy on mighty Garuda Vahanam.

Garuda the royal eagle and the King of Aves, is believed to grant a protective shield against all snake related malefic conditions in ones natal chart. Garudalwar is propitiated by women on this auspicious day, who wish to give birth to bold, brave and sharp-minded children like Garuda. Newly wed couples perform pooja on this dya for a happy married life.

Meanwhile the Garuda Seva went off with elan between 7pm and 9pm around the four mada streets surrounding the hill shrine in the pleasant evening on Friday. TTD officials, large number of pilgrims witnessed the celestial procession.

జూలై 28, తిరుమల, 2017: గరుడపంచమి పర్వదినాన్ని పురస్కరించుకొని శుక్రవారం రాత్రి తిరుమలలో శ్రీమలయప్పస్వామివారు తమ ఇష్టవాహనమైన గరుడునిపై తిరుమాడ వీధులలో ఊరేగి భక్తులను కటాక్షించారు. రాత్రి 7.00 నుండి 9.00 గంటల నడుమ గరుడ వాహనసేవ అత్యంత రమణీయంగా జరిగింది.

శ్రీవారి వాహనాల్లోను, సేవకుల్లోను అగ్రగణ్యుడు గరుడుడు. ప్రతి ఏడాదీ గరుడ పంచమిని శుక్ల పక్షం ఐదవ రోజు ఘనంగా నిర్వహిస్తారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ”గరుడ పంచమి” పూజను నూతన దంపతులు తమ వైవాహిక జీవితం ఆనందదాయకంగా వుండేందుకు, స్త్రీలు తమకు పుట్టే సంతానం గరుడునిలాగా, బలశాలిగా ఉండేందుకు చేస్తారు. గరుడ వాహనసేవలో తితిదే ఉన్నతాధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
