GET FEED BACK FROM PILGRIMS TO IMPROVE AMENITIES-TTD EO

Tirumala, 14 May 2017: TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal instructed the officials concerned to gather feed back and suggestions from the pilgrims waiting in VQC compartments to provide much better facilities to them.

The EO along with Tirumala In-charge JEO Sri P Bhaskar inspected the
VQC compartments and observed the amenities being provided to them
including food menu on Sunday. He also verified the SVBC programs
being telecasted on the big screens in the VQC compartments and
instructed the officials concerned to air attractive devotional
programs to entertain the pilgrims till their turn for darshan.

Later the EO also inspected the amphi theatre constructed in VQC I and also Rs.300 seeghra darshan compartments. The EO instructed the PRO Dr T Ravi to make regular survey on amenities including food, darshan, cleanliness, quality of SVBC programs etc. in VQC compartments to provide better amenities to pilgrims.

The EO also interacted with the pilgrims who expressed their pleasure
over the taste of food being distributed to them.

On the other hand TTD has made elaborate arrangements of food in
compartments and also in out side lines in Tirumala in wake of huge
summer rush to the temple town on Sunday. Over 2800 Srivari Sevakulu
have been deployed to manage the queue lines, distribute food,
buttermilk, beverages and water in the stretched queues in
Narayanagiri Gardens.
