HOMA MAHOTSAVAMS CONCLUDES IN SRI KT

Tirupati, 12 December 2015: The month long Homa Mahotsavams concluded with Chandikeshwara homam and Trisula Snanam in the famous shiva temple in Sri Kapilateertham on Friday.

The month-long Utsavams were observed from November 12 to December 11 starting with Ganapathi Homam on November 13 and 14, Sri Subrahmanyaswamy homam from November 15-17, Sri Kalabhairava Homam on November 18, Sri Dakshinamurthy Homam on November 19, Sri Kamakshi Ammavau Homam from November 20-28 and Sri Kapileswara Swamy homam from November 29 to December 9 followed by Navagraha Homan on December 10 and concluded with Sri Chandikeswara Homam on December 12.

To mark the successful completion of the month-long celestial fete Trishula Snanam was performed in the holy waters of Kapilateertham amidst chanting of vedic hymns by temple priests.

Temple Deputy EO Sri Balaji was also present.
