”IDEAL MODEL UNIVERSITY IS NEED OF HOUR TO GIVE STUDENTS STRESS FREE EDUCATION”-ART OF LIVING GURU SRI RAVISHANKAR

Tirupati, 2 November 2015: To give the students a stress free education and character building, an ideal, spiritual-moral values imparting model university at the feet of Lord Venkateswara is the need of hours, said, Art of Living Founder Sri Ravi Shankar.

In his address at SVETA, he said, spirituality is that which enhances human values such as love, compassion and enthusiasm.

“Today our students are undergoing lot of stress which is ultimately forcing them to end their lives or become anti-social elements. There is an urgent need to change the mind set of our children and students who are the future builder’s of the nation”, he added.

Sri Ravishankar said, a Violence-free society, disease-free body, quiver-free breath, confusion-free mind, inhibition-free intellect, trauma-free memory, and sorrow-free soul is the birthright of every individual. And this is what is needed for our students right now. There is a need for a model university at the lotus feet of Lord Venkateswara”, he reiterated.

Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar, Devasthanams Educational Officer Sri Vijay Kumar were also present.

Earlier the Art of Living Guru interacted with the vedic students of Sri Venkateswara Vedic University in Tirupati and called them to take up research intensively and preach the richness of vedic knowledge to the world.

Varsity Vice-Chancellor Sri KE Devanathan was also present.
