IMPORTANT DECISIONS BY THE TTD TRUST BOARD _ టీటీడీ ధర్మకర్తల మండలి సమావేశంలో ముఖ్య నిర్ణయాలు
Tirumala, 09 October 2023: The TTD Trust board meeting was held under the Chairmanship of Sri B Karunakara Reddy at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Monday.
The following are the important decisions taken during the board meeting:
It has been decided to conduct a special homam, Sri Srinivasa Divyanugraha Visesha Homam at Sapta Gopradakshina Mandiram at Alipiri. The Hindus who are spread across the world fees for the performance of this Yajna will be decided soon.
Approved to reconstruct 13 rest houses like Gayatri Sadan, Srivari Kutir, TBC-53, TBC-64 etc. that were built 63 years ago in Tirumala under Cottage Donation Scheme following the current conditions.
Nod for tenders towards the construction of footpath shelters at a cost of Rs 2.81 crores from Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple to Mokalimettu on the first ghat road of Tirumala so that the devotees who walk on the side of the road will not suffer from the sun and rain.
With the increased traffic on the way to Japali Theertham, Sri Venugopalaswamy Temple, Anjanadri Akashaganga and Papavinasanam in Tirumala nod given towards the expansion of the existing two-lane to four-lane road from Akashaganga to Outer Ring Road at a cost of Rs.40 crore. In this, plans were made to ensure the safety of the Gogarbham Dam so that the construction of the road would come below the dam.
In view of the heavy traffic, at Varahaswamy Rest House, approval is given towards the construction of four-lane road, footpath, drains, street lights and signboards from Varahaswamy Rest House to Outer Ring Road at Rs.10.80 crores for the convenience of the pilgrims
Tenders approved towards the construction of third floor and other improvements at Rs.2.93cr in Narayangiri canteen operated by AP Tourism in Tirumala
Approved to construct permanent queue lines upto GG Dam along the Outer Ring Road to avoid pilgrim woes during heavy rush season at a cost of Rs.18 crores.
As the number of devotees on the road from Cherlopalli to Srinivasa Mangapuram has increased exponentially, board has approved to grant administrative permission for Rs.25 crores to expand it into a four-lane road and carry out other beautification works
Tenders approved towards the expansion of the subway at Rs. 2.37 crores which would enable the devotees to go directly from the RTC bus stand to the Srinivasam complex without being exposed to accidents due to heavy traffic in front of Srinivasam.
The TTD board has decided to spend 1% of the TTD budget every year towards the development of Temple City.
Resolved to take up repairs, sanitation besides the maintenance of roads where TTD establishments like temples, rest houses, choultries etc. are located in and around Tirupati
In order to avoid recurrence of collapses and damages of ancient structures, a committee with IIT experts will be formed to check the strength of all the temples and Gopurams under the fold of TTD which were constructed several centuries ago. Based on the report of the committee, repairs will be taken to ensure that the temples are protected for future generations.
Approved to spend around Rs.2.63 crores per annum for mid-day meal from academic year 2023-24 to provide quality, tasty and nutritious food to 3,259 students studying in TTD schools
The board has decided to recommend prestigeous Padmasri title to its court musician Dr Garimella Balakrishna Prasad and sent the proposals to the government in this regard.
In TTD Kalyana Mandapams henceforth, only devotional songs will be played during the marriages and not any filmy or DJ songs will be allowed
Approved to increase the salary of more than 4,700 sanitation workers of health department and FMS sanitation workers who are working under contracts and outsourcing agencies in TTD from Rs.12 thousand to Rs.17 thousand. According to this, each contract sanitation worker gets a profit of Rs.5 thousand per month which includes gross.
Employees working in Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam by Sri Lakshmi Srinivasa Manpower Corporation(SLSMPC) have not been given any increase in their wages so far. The board has sanctioned annual hike at the rate of 3% per annum to the staff outsourced and agreed to give incentive for every two years of completed years of service to the migrated employees from TTD to SLSMPC. This will benefit nearly 6600 staffs.
Board also agreed for a Rs.2lakh compensation to the family members in case of premature natural death of any employee working under the corporation.
Approval given to provide Health Scheme to the employees of Sri Lakshmi Srinivasa Manpower Corporation for whom ESI is not applicable through the hospitals under the TTD which will benefit about 1500 employees.
Ex-officio members including TTD EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, Principal Secretary Endowments Sri Karikala Valaven, Endowments Commissioner Sri Satyanarayana, TUDA Chief Sri Mohit Reddy and other board members, JEOs Smt Sada Bhargavi, Sri Veerabrahmam, board members were also present.

తిరుమల, 2023 అక్టోబరు 09: టీటీడీ ధర్మకర్తల మండలి అధ్య‌క్షులు శ్రీ భూమ‌న క‌రుణాక‌ర‌రెడ్డి అధ్యక్ష‌త‌న సోమ‌వారం తిరుమల అన్నమయ్య భ‌వ‌నంలో ధర్మకర్తల మండలి స‌మావేశం జరిగింది. ఇందులో ముఖ్య నిర్ణయాలు ఇలా ఉన్నాయి.
– తిరుపతిలోని అలిపిరి వ‌ద్దగ‌ల స‌ప్త‌గోప్ర‌ద‌క్షిణ మందిరంలో అనునిత్యం శ్రీ శ్రీ‌నివాస దివ్యానుగ్ర‌హ విశేష హోమం నిర్వ‌హించాల‌ని నిర్ణయం. ప్ర‌పంచ‌వ్యాప్తంగా ఉన్న హిందూ భక్తులు తమ శుభ‌కార్యాలు, విశేష‌మైన రోజుల్లో స్వామివారి అనుగ్ర‌హం కోసం సంక‌ల్పం చెప్పుకుని య‌జ్ఞం నిర్వ‌హించేలా ఏర్పాట్లు చేస్తాం. ఈ య‌జ్ఞం నిర్వహణకు చెల్లించాల్సిన రుసుమును త్వ‌ర‌లో నిర్ణ‌యిస్తాం.
– టీటీడీలో కాంట్రాక్టు, ఔట్‌సోర్సింగ్‌ ఏజెన్సీల కింద విధులు నిర్వహిస్తున్న దాదాపు 5 వేల మంది ఆరోగ్యశాఖలోని కాంట్రాక్టు పారిశుద్ధ్య కార్మికులు, ఎఫ్‌ఎంఎస్‌ పారిశుద్ధ్య కార్మికుల వేతనాన్ని రూ.12 వేల నుండి రూ.17 వేలకు పైగా పెంచేందుకు ఆమోదం. మున్సిపాలిటీల్లో విధులు నిర్వహిస్తున్న పారిశుద్ధ్య కార్మికుల‌తో స‌మానంగా ఈ వేతనం పెంపు ఉంటుంది. దీంతో వారి జీవితాల‌కు మరింత భద్రత క‌ల్పించిన‌ట్టు అవుతుంది.
– శ్రీ లక్ష్మీ శ్రీనివాసా మ్యాన్‌పవర్‌ కార్పొరేషన్‌ ద్వారా తిరుమల తిరుపతి దేవస్థానంలో పనిచేస్తున్న ఉద్యోగస్తులకు ఇంతవరకు వారి వేతనాలలో ప్రతి సంవత్సరం ఎటువంటి పెరుగుదల ఇవ్వటం జరగలేదు. దాని పర్యవసానంగా ఈ ఉద్యోగస్తుల వేతనాలు గత కొన్ని సంవత్సరాలుగా ఒకేరకంగా ఉన్నాయి. ఉద్యోగస్తులను ప్రోత్సహించడంలో భాగంగా వారి వేతనాలలో ఇకనుంచి ప్రతి సంవత్సరం 3 శాతం వేతనం పెంచేందుకు ఆమోదం. తద్వారా దాదాపు 6,600 మంది ఉద్యోగస్తులకు లబ్ధి చేకూరుతుంది.
– గత కొన్ని సంవత్సరాలుగా టీటీడీలో సొసైటీల ద్వారా పనిచేస్తూ ఇపుడు కార్పొరేషన్‌లోకి మారిన ఉద్యోగస్తులకు వారి పనిని గుర్తిస్తూ ప్రతి రెండు సంవత్సరముల గత సేవలకు మూడు శాతం ప్రోత్సాహకంగా ఇచ్చేందుకు నిర్ణయించాం. దీన్ని 2023 అక్టోబరు నుండి అమలుపరిచేందుకు ఆమోదం.
అంతేగాక కార్పొరేషన్‌ ద్వారా పనిచేస్తున్న ఉద్యోగస్తులు ఎవరైనా ఏకారణం చేతనైనా అకాలమరణం పొందిన యెడల రూ.2 లక్షల నష్టపరిహారం వారి కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు అందించేందుకు ఆమోదం.
– ఇఎస్‌ఐ వర్తించని శ్రీ లక్ష్మీ శ్రీనివాసా మ్యాన్‌పవర్‌ కార్పొరేషన్‌ ఉద్యోగులకు హెల్త్‌ స్కీమ్‌ వర్తింపచేసేందుకు ఆమోదం. ఈ హెల్త్‌ స్కీమ్‌ టీటీడీ ఆధ్వర్యంలోని వైద్యశాలల ద్వారా ఆ ఉద్యోగస్తులకు ఆరోగ్యపరమైన చికిత్సను అందజేయడం జరుగుతుంది. దీని వలన దాదాపు 1500 మంది ఇఎస్‌ఐ వర్తించని ఉద్యోగస్తులకు లబ్ధి చేకూరుతుంది.
– తన మ‌ధుర‌మైన కంఠం ద్వారా అన్న‌మాచార్య సంకీర్త‌న‌ల‌కు విశేష ప్రాచుర్యం క‌ల్పించిన టీటీడీ ఆస్థాన సంగీత విద్వాంసులు శ్రీ గ‌రిమెళ్ల బాల‌కృష్ణ‌ప్ర‌సాద్‌కు ప‌ద్మ‌శ్రీ అవార్డు ప్ర‌క‌టించాల‌ని కోరుతూ కేంద్ర ప్ర‌భుత్వానికి ప్ర‌తిపాద‌న‌లు పంపాల‌ని నిర్ణయం.
– తిరుమలలో వేలాది మంది సామాన్య భక్తులు గోగర్భం డ్యామ్‌ సర్కిల్‌ నుండి ఔటర్‌ రింగ్‌ రోడ్డుపైన సరైన వసతులు లేని తాత్కాలిక క్యూలైన్లలో గంటల తరబడి వేచి ఉంటున్నారు. వీరి సౌకర్యార్థం రూ.18 కోట్లతో శాశ్వత క్యూలైన్లు, ఫుడ్‌ కౌంటర్లు, టాయ్‌లెట్లు మరియు నారాయణగిరి విశ్రాంతి గృహం సర్కిల్‌, ఆళ్వార్‌ ట్యాంకు రోడ్డు సర్కిల్‌ వద్ద రెండు ఫుట్‌ ఓవర్‌ బ్రిడ్జిలు నిర్మించేందుకు పరిపాలన అనుమతికి ఆమోదం.
– తిరుమల మొదటి ఘాట్‌ రోడ్‌లో శ్రీ లక్ష్మీ నరసింహస్వామి ఆలయం నుండి మోకాలిమెట్టు వరకు రోడ్డు పక్కన నడిచే భక్తులు ఎండకు, వర్షానికి ఇబ్బందులకు గురికాకుండా రూ.2.81 కోట్లతో నడకదారి షెల్టర్లు నిర్మాణానికి టెండర్లు ఆమోదం.
– యాత్రికులకు నాణ్యమైన భోజనాన్ని తక్కువ ధరకు అందించే ఉద్దేశంతో తిరుమలలో ఎపి టూరిజం సంస్థ ఒక క్యాంటీన్‌ నిర్వహిస్తోంది. అదేవిధంగా అన్నమయ్య భవనం, నారాయణగిరి క్యాంటీన్లలో భక్తులకు భోజనం తక్కువ ధరకే ఇవ్వాలని గతంలోనే నిర్ణయించాం. ఇందులోభాగంగా రూ.2.93 కోట్లతో నారాయణగిరి క్యాంటీన్‌లో మూడో అంతస్తు నిర్మాణం మరియు ఇతర అభివృద్ధి పనులు చేయడానికి టెండరు ఆమోదం.
– తిరుమలలో 63 ఏళ్ల క్రితం నిర్మించిన గాయత్రీ సదన్‌, శ్రీవారి కుటీర్‌, టిబిసి-53, టిబిసి-64 తదితర 13 విశ్రాంతి గృహాలను కాటేజి డొనేషన్‌ స్కీమ్‌ కింద పునర్నిర్మాణం చేసి ప్రస్తుత పరిస్థితులకు అనుగుణంగా తీర్చిదిద్దేందుకు ఆమోదం.
– ఒక గ్రామంగా ఉన్న తిరుపతి శ్రీవారి ద‌య‌తో న‌గ‌రంగా అభివృద్ధి చెందింది. దూరప్రాంతాల నుండి వచ్చే యాత్రికుల సౌకర్యార్థం తిరుపతిలోని ముఖ్య రహదారులన్నీ ప్రభుత్వ ఉత్తర్వుల ప్రకారం మరమ్మతులు, నిర్వహణకు టీటీడీ బాధ్యత తీసుకుంది. ఇక్కడ టీటీడీకి చెందిన ఆల‌యాల‌తోపాటు టీటీడీకి సంస్థ‌లు, వ‌స‌తి స‌ముదాయాలు ఉన్నాయి. ఈ ప్రాంతాల్లో పారిశుద్ధ్యాన్ని మెరుగుప‌ర‌చాల్సిన అవ‌స‌రాన్ని గుర్తించి పారిశుద్ధ్య నిర్వ‌హ‌ణ బాధ్య‌త‌ను టీటీడీ చేప‌ట్టాల‌ని నిర్ణయం.
– ప్రయివేటు సంస్థలన్నీ కార్పొరేట్‌ సామాజిక బాధ్యతగా అభివృద్ధి పనులు చేస్తున్న విషయం తెలిసిందే. టీటీడీ కూడా తన సామాజిక బాధ్యతగా వేలాది మంది భక్తులు వచ్చే తిరుపతి పట్టణాన్ని కూడా అభివృద్ధిపరచాల్సిన బాధ్యత మనపై ఉంది. కాబట్టి ప్రతి సంవత్సరం టీటీడీ బడ్జెట్‌లో ఒక శాతం తిరుపతి అభివృద్ధికి ఖర్చు పెట్టాలని నిర్ణయం.
– తిరుమలలోని జాపాలి తీర్థం, శ్రీ వేణుగోపాలస్వామివారి ఆలయం, ఆకాశగంగ, పాపవినాశనం ప్రాంతాలకు వెళ్లే మార్గంలో వాహనాల రద్దీ అధికంగా ఉంది. అదేవిధంగా హనుమంతుని జన్మస్థలమైన అంజనాద్రిలో అభివృద్ధి పనులు శరవేగంగా జరుగుతున్నాయి. తద్వారా భవిష్యత్తులో ఈ మార్గంలో మరింత రద్దీ పెరిగే అవకాశముంది. ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న రెండు లైన్ల రోడ్డు సామర్థ్యం సరిపోనందున ఆకాశగంగ నుండి ఔటర్‌ రింగ్‌ రోడ్డు వరకు రూ.40 కోట్లతో నాలుగు లైన్ల రోడ్డుగా విస్తరించేందుకు పరిపాలన అనుమతికి ఆమోదం. ఇందులో గోగర్భం డ్యామ్‌ భద్రత దృష్ట్యా రోడ్డు నిర్మాణం డ్యామ్‌కు దిగువన వచ్చేలా ప్లాన్స్‌ రూపొందించడం జరిగింది.
– తిరుమలలో వరాహస్వామి విశ్రాంతి గృహం వద్ద అధిక ట్రాఫిక్ దృష్ట్యా భక్తులకు ఇబ్బంది లేకుండా వాహనాల రద్దీని పూర్తిగా మళ్లించేందుకు రూ.10.80 కోట్లతో వరాహస్వామి విశ్రాంతి గృహం నుండి ఔటర్‌ రింగ్‌ రోడ్డు వరకు నాలుగు లైన్ల రోడ్డు, ఫుట్‌పాత్‌, డ్రెయిన్లు, వీధి దీపాలు, సైన్‌బోర్డులు ఏర్పాటుకు ఆమోదం. దీని వలన ఈ ప్రాంతంలోని యాత్రికులకు ట్రాఫిక్ స‌మ‌స్య తీరుతుంది.
– పురాతన కట్టడాలైన శ్రీకాళహస్తి రాజగోపురం కూలడం, శ్రీరంగంలోని మహారాజగోపురానికి ఇటీవల బీటలు రావడం మనం చూశాం. ఇటువంటి సంఘటనలు పునరావృతం కాకుండా భక్తుల భద్రత దృష్ట్యా ఐఐటి నిపుణులతో ఒక కమిటీ ఏర్పాటుచేసి చాలా ఏళ్ల క్రితం నిర్మించిన టీటీడీలోని అన్ని ఆలయాలు, గోపురాల పటిష్టతను పరిశీలిస్తాం. కమిటీ నివేదిక ఆధారంగా మరమ్మతులు చేసి మరలా భావితరాల వారికి ఆలయాలు పకడ్బందీగా ఉండేలా చర్యలు తీసుకుంటాం.
– గతంలో చెర్లోపల్లి నుండి శ్రీనివాసమంగాపురం మరియు శ్రీవారిమెట్టు మార్గాలలో తిరుమలకు వెళ్లే భక్తుల సౌకర్యార్థం 2010వ సంవత్సరంలో రోడ్డు నిర్మించడం జరిగింది. ప్రస్తుతం చెర్లోపల్లి నుండి శ్రీనివాసమంగాపురం దారిలో భక్తుల సంఖ్య అనూహ్యంగా పెరగడంతో, పెరిగిన ట్రాఫిక్‌కు అనుగుణంగా దీన్ని నాలుగు లైన్ల రోడ్డుగా విస్తరించి బిటి రోడ్డు, వీధిదీపాలు, డ్రెయిన్లు, సుందరీకరణ పనులు చేపట్టేందుకు రూ.25 కోట్లతో పరిపాలన అనుమతులు మంజూరుకు ఆమోదం.
– టీటీడీ పాఠశాలల్లో చదువుతున్న 3,259 మంది విద్యార్థులకు నాణ్యమైన, రుచికరమైన పౌష్టికాహారాన్ని అందించేందుకు 2023-24 విద్యా సంవత్సరం నుండి టీటీడీ మధ్యాహ్న భోజనాన్ని అందిస్తోంది. గతంలో ఇస్కాన్‌ సంస్థ సరఫరా చేస్తున్న మధ్యాహ్న భోజనాన్ని నిలిపివేసి సమీపంలోని టీటీడీ కళాశాలల హాస్టళ్ల నుండి పాఠశాలలకు మధ్యాహ్న భోజనాన్ని సరఫరా చేస్తోంది. అన్నం, సాంబారు, కూర, రసం, చట్నీ, పెరుగు లేదా మజ్జిగను మెనుగా దిట్టాన్ని నిర్ణయించింది. ఇందుకుగాను సంవత్సరానికి రూ.2.63 కోట్లకు పైగా వ్యయం చేయడానికి ఆమోదం.
– టీటీడీ క‌ల్యాణ మండ‌పాల్లో వివాహాలు జ‌రిపే స‌మ‌యంలో డిజె పాటలు కాకుండా భ‌క్తిగీతాల‌తో మాత్రమే సంగీత విభావ‌రి నిర్వ‌హించుకోవాల‌ని నిబంధ‌న విధించ‌డం జరిగింది.
– దూరప్రాంతాల నుండి వచ్చే యాత్రికులు తమ బస్సులు, ఇతర వాహనాలను అలిపిరిలో పార్క్‌ చేసి తిరుమలకు వెళ్లడం ఆనవాయితీగా వస్తోంది. అలిపిరిలో ప్రస్తుతం 130 వాహనాలను పార్క్‌ చేసేందుకు 2.47 ఎకరాలు మాత్రమే అందుబాటులో ఉంది. రోజురోజుకూ పెరుగుతున్న యాత్రికుల సంఖ్యను దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకుని అదనంగా మరో 156 బస్సులు, 683 కార్లు/జీపులు, 1325 ద్విచక్రవాహనాలు పార్కింగ్‌ చేసుకునే విధంగా, 7 అదనపు టాయ్‌లెట్లు, యాత్రికులు వంట చేసుకునేందుకు అనువుగా మూడు షెడ్లు నిర్మాణానికి మరో 11.34 ఎకరాలు అభివృద్ధి చేసి, ఇక్కడ బిటి రోడ్లు, భూదేవి కాంప్లెక్సు వద్ద దర్శనటోకెన్లు పొందే భక్తులకు క్యూలైన్లు, లైటింగ్‌ తదితర వసతులు కల్పించేందుకు రూ.21.60 కోట్లతో పరిపాలన అనుమతికి ఆమోదం.
