INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATIONS IN TIRUMALA

TIRUMALA 15 August 2015: While in Tirumala, the I-Day was observed in a grand manner in Gokulam Rest House. In his speech, after hoisting the national flag, Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju said, like the great national leaders who sacrificed their lives for the nation, similarly it becomes the responsibility of every employee of TTD to discharge their duties to pilgrims with more dedication. “With all your support and devoted services we could able to provide DARSHAN to an additional ten thousand pilgrims every day now. On an average in a year we have increased darshan to to pilgrims from 2.25crores to 2.65crores. I foresee the same support, teamwork and spirit in future also”, he maintained.
