INTERACTIVE PERSONALITY EFFECTIVENESS SESSION BY INSAI

Tirupati, 30 July 2016: The HoDs and HoSs working in TTD have underwent a unique training in Personality Effectiveness given by the InSAI, a renowned HR Consultancy in SVETA on Saturday.

The TTD run SVETA has conducted two separate training sessions for the HoDs and HoSs working both at Tirumala and Tirupati on Friday and Saturday respectively.

The founder of InSAI, Dr Kota Siva Kumar along with his companions Sri Prasad and Sri Swamy involved employees in practical works like focus ring game, multiples of three game etc. and briefed every on the importance of personality development, concentration, team work, motivation etc.

SVETA Director Sri Anjaneyulu, HR In-charge Col. Chandrasekhar Manda and other officers were also present.
