JEO INSPECTS MADA STREETS

Tirumala, 27 Sep. 16: In connection with the ensuing brahmotsavams of Lord Venkateswara at Tirumala from October 3 to 11, Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju along with engineering and vigilance officials inspected the four mada streets on Tuesday evening.

Later speaking to media he said, the temple management has come out with a perfect concrete plan this year after a series of trials and errors in the previous years. “Our priority is to see that a devotees gets back to the parking place or vehicle conveyance point with out any inconvenience soon after the completion of vahana seva. So we made some mild amendments at Rambhagicha point and west mada street gallery point. We will also place police sleuths at all the out points to avoid any congestion”, he added.

He later urged the pilgrims not to throw any coins during Vahana sevas especially during Garuda Seva.

SE Sri Ramachandra Reddy, Addl SP Sri Thrimurthulu, DSP Sri Muniramaiah, VGO Sri Raveendra Reddy, EE Sri Prasad and others were present.
