JEO INSPECTS VAARDHA AFFECTED AREAS IN TIRUMALA

Tirumala, 13 December 2016: With the havoc created by cyclone Vaardha in Hill town, Tirumala Jeo Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju inspected the affected areas on Tuesday.

He instructed the engineering, electrical and forest officials to immediately take up the relief measures in Balaji Nagar residential area, HVC, Bata Gangammagudi, Gumble Rest House area etc. where huge trees have fallen on HT wires and created power interruption affecting normal public life.

The JEO instructed the officials concerned to restore power before Tuesday evening by taking necessary measures to bring back pilgrim and public life to normalcy.

Later the JEO also inspected the ongoing renovation works in Main Kalyanakatta in Tirumala.
