JEO REVIEWS ON SRI KODANDA RAMA SWAMY TEMPLE BRAHMOTSAVAMS DEVOTEES CAN RENDER “VASTRA BAHUMANAM”

TIRUPATI, MARCH 31:  Tirupati JEO Sri Pola Bhaskar on Saturday reviewed the ongoing arrangements for the annual brahmotsavams of Lord Sri Rama in Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy temple in Tirupati.

In his review with different Heads of the Departments in the temple premises he said, the nine day mega religious event will take place from March 28 to April 5 and directed the officials not to compromise on the arrangements. He told the officials to design cultural programmes in such a way that they should attract the visiting pilgrims and enthral them with spirituality.

He instructed the electricity and garden department officials to come out with innovative themes of illumination and floral backgrounds respectively. He also said, TTD should gear up sufficient quantity of annaprasadam, buttermilk and water to meet the demand from the pilgrims.

JEO instructed the vigilance officials to designate a parking area so that it will not cause any inconvenience to the pilgrims as well to vahanams during procession.

The JEO ordered the temple officials to keep ready Sriramakoti books in the temple so that anybody can write Ramanamas. “These books will be preserved in the Ramakoti Stupa which will be constructed in Sri Ramachandra Pushkarini”, he added.

The JEO also reviewed on the arrangements for Pushpayaga Mahotsavam which is scheduled to take place in Srinivasa Mangapuram on March 26.

Meanwhile JEO launched two “Prachara Rathams” to invite the people of surrounding villages to take part in Brahmotsavams of Lord Sri Rama.

Additional CVSO Sri Sivakumar Reddy, Transport GM Sri Sesha Reddy, HDPP Special Officer Sri Raghunath, Deputy Eos Sri Siva Reddy, Sri Rami Reddy, Sri Umapathi Reddy, Sri Sreedhar, Sri Harindranath, Sri Balaji , Sri Vengopal, VGO Sri Hanumanthu and others were also present.
