LORD SHINES ON VEHICLE OF PEARLS_ ముత్యపుపందిరి వాహనంపై శ్రీవారు
Tirumala, 25 September 2017: On the third day evening, the processional deity of Lord Sri Malayappa Swamy along with His consorts Sridevi and Bhudevi shined on Muthyaala-Pandiri Vahanam. The palanquin is decorated with a canopy of pearls. Pearl is said to be a symbol of purity and royalty.
In the pleasant evening on Monday, under the flash of the moon light, the deities shined bright during procession and blessed the devotees. The episode which was narrated on this enchanting vehicle is that of “Gajendra Moksham”. The silver crocodile underlying the holy feet of Lord reminds one of killing the mighty reptile and saving the mammoth elephant king Gajendra.
The devotees were thrilled to see grace of Lord and His consorts on the pleasant vehicle of pearls.

ముత్యాల నిర్మలకాంతులు వ్యాపించడానికి, ఆ కాంతులు దర్శించి భక్తులు ముక్తులు కావడానికి రాత్రి వేళయే అనుకూలం. అందుకే శ్రీమలయప్పకి మూడోరోజు రాత్రి మొదటి యామంలో ముత్యాల పందిరిలో కూర్చొని విహరించే కైంకర్యాన్ని పెద్దలు నిర్ణయించారు. ముత్యం స్వచ్ఛతకు సంకేతం. మనిషి ఆత్మ ఎన్నో జన్మల అనంతరం విశ్వలోకాల నుండి రాలి, దుర్లభమైన మానవజన్మను సంతరించుకుంటుంది. మాంసమయమైన ఈ శరీరాన్ని ఆధ్యాత్మిక సంపదతో శుద్ధి చేసుకుంటే బుద్ధి ముత్యంలాగా మారి, జనన, మరణ చక్రం నుండి విడుదలై మోక్షాన్ని పొందుతుంది. ఇలా స్వామివారికి మిక్కిలి ప్రీతిపాత్రమైన ముత్యాలహారాలు – రత్నాల వల్ల కలిగే వేడిమినీ, పుష్పాల వల్ల కలిగే సుగంధాన్ని తమలో ఇముడ్చుకుని, స్వామివారి వక్షఃస్థలానికి, అక్కడి లక్ష్మీదేవికి సమశీతోష్ణస్థితిని చేకూరుస్తూ, తాపగుణాన్ని హరిస్తూ, ఉత్సాహాన్ని, ప్రశాంతతను చేకూరుస్తున్నాయి.
ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో తితిదే కార్యనిర్వహణాధికారి శ్రీ అనిల్‌కుమార్‌ సింఘాల్‌, తిరుమల సంయుక్త కార్యనిర్వహణాధి శ్రీకె.యస్‌.శ్రీనివాసరాజు, సివిఎస్‌వో శ్రీ ఆకె రవికృష్ణ ఇతర అధికారులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
కాగా బ్రహ్మూెత్సవాలలో నాల్గవ రోజైన మంగళవారం ఉదయం 9.00 నుండి 11.00 గంటల వరకు కల్పవ క్ష వాహనం, రాత్రి 9.00 నుండి 11.00 గంటల వరకు సర్వభూపాల వాహనంపై శ్రీవారు ఊరేగి భక్తులను కటాక్షించనున్నారు.
