TIRUMALA, August 10: Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju flagged off the vehicles carrying Managudi Sare puja materials on Saturday evening near Asthana Mandapam. 
 
 Addressing media persons on this occasion the JEO said, in the first phase the puja materials have been despatched to over 8400 temples. The materials included turmeric, vermilion, sweet candy, spiritual CDs and books. In this third phase, over two crore sacred threads will be dispatched to various temples across the state. This year this mass festival will be celebrated across 21142 temples in the state along with joint collaboration of AP Endowments department”, he added.
Meanwhile the JEO complimented Srivari Sevaks who worked day and night to pack the materials which are to be dispatched to all the temples across the state. On Saturday over 10thousand cartons of material have been dispatched to temples of Srikakulum(875temples), Vijayanagaram(1100temples), Visakhapatnam(900temples), East Godavari(756temples), West Godavari(4854temples) in the first phase.
 
Temple Deputy EO Sri C Ramana, Deputy EO HDPP Sri Umapathi Reddy, KKC Deputy EO Sri Krishna Reddy, Annaprasadam Deputy EO Sri Venugopal and others were also present.

తిరుమల, 10 ఆగష్టు 2013 : తి.తి.దే మరియు రాష్ట్రదేవాదాయశాఖ సంయుక్త ఆధ్వర్యంలో ఎంతో ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా ఈ నెల 21వ తేదిన మూడవ విడత ”మనగుడి” కార్యక్రమాన్ని రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా 21,142 దేవాలయాల్లో నిర్వహిస్తున్నట్లు తిరుమల జె.ఇ.ఓ శ్రీ కె.ఎస్‌.శ్రీనివాసరాజు తెలిపారు.

తిరుమలలో శనివారంనాడు ”మనగుడి” కార్యక్రమానికి సంబంధించిన వస్త్రాలను, సారెలను, కంకణాలను పెట్టెలలో అమర్చి వివిధ జిల్లాలలో వెలసివున్న వివిధ దేవాలయాలకు చేరవేసేందుకు సిద్ధంగా ఉన్న వాహనాలను ఆయన ఆస్థానమండపం నుండి జెండా ఊపి లాంఛనంగా ప్రారంభించారు. అనంతరం ఆయన మీడియాతో మాట్లాడుతూ ‘మనగుడి’ కార్యక్రమానికి రాష్ట్ర వ్యాప్తంగా విశేష స్పందన లభిస్తుందన్నారు. గత రెండు విడతల్లో కన్నా మూడవ విడతలో మరింత విశేషస్థాయిలో ఈ కార్యక్రమాన్ని నిర్వహించడానికి తి.తి.దే కృషిచేస్తున్నదన్నారు. ఇప్పటికి అత్యధికంగా పశ్చిమగోదావరి జిల్లాలో 4,854 దేవాలయాల్లో, తూర్పుగోదావరిజిల్లాలో 756, విశాఖపట్టణంలో 900, విజయనగరం 1100, శ్రీకాకుళం 875 దేవాలయాలకు మొదటి విడతలో ఈ పూజా సామగ్రిని వాహనాల్లో తరలిస్తున్నామని ఆయన తెలిపారు. ఈ ఏడాది శ్రావణ పౌర్ణమినాడు నిర్వహించే మనగుడి కార్యక్రమానికి రెండుకోట్ల కంకణాలను పంపిణీ చేయనున్నట్లు ఆయన తెలిపారు. మనగుడ ిసారెను సమాయత్తం చేసి వాహనాల్లో తరలించడంలో ఎంతో ఉత్సాహంగా పాల్గొన్న శ్రీవారి సేవకులకు ఆయన ప్రత్యేకంగా కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలిపారు.
