Tirupati, 4 May 20: Wearing masks is mandatory for employees who are attending to their regular office work in TTD, said JEO Sri P Basant Kumar.

Briefing on the measures taken by the management in view of lockdown relaxations, he said Thermo Screening has been arranged at the main entrance of administrative building.

The employees are issued certain guidelines which they have to follow scrupulously while discharging duties in office (from May 4 onwards) on the directives of the government.

All time they have to wear a mask while in office or while coming to office.

While seated in office each employee shall maintain a minimum of 6 feet distance from another employee

Meetings shall be avoided and in emergency Digital meetings shall be conducted.

All HoDs and HoS shall attend the office from Monday onwards. The staff working in departments like temple, treasury, Accounts, Health, Vigilance & Security will have 100% attendance while others will function with 33% attendance and remaining shall work from Home.

తిరుప‌తి, 2020 మే 04:లాక్‌డౌన్‌లో మిన‌హాయింపుల మేర‌కు విధులకు హాజరవుతున్న ఉద్యోగుల‌కు మాస్కులు త‌ప్ప‌నిస‌రి చేశామ‌ని టీటీడీ జెఈవో శ్రీ పి.బ‌సంత్‌కుమార్ సోమ‌వారం తెలిపారు. పరిపాలనా భవనం ప్ర‌వేశ‌ద్వారం వ‌ద్ద థ‌ర్మోస్కానింగ్ చేయిస్తున్నామన్నారు. ఉద్యోగులు భౌతిక‌దూరం పాటించేలా ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేశామ‌ని, అధికారులు, ఉద్యోగులు ఒక చోట చేరేలా స‌మావేశాలు నిర్వ‌హించ‌డం లేద‌ని వివ‌రించారు. అవసరమైతే డిజిటల్ సమావేశాలు జరుపుతున్నామని చెప్పారు.

ప్ర‌భుత మార్గ‌ద‌ర్శ‌కాల మేర‌కు విభాగాధిప‌తులు, శాఖాధిప‌తులు అంద‌రూ విధుల‌కు హాజ‌ర‌వుతున్నార‌ని చెప్పారు. ఆల‌యాల్లోని అర్చ‌క‌, ఇత‌ర సిబ్బంది, ట్రెజ‌రీ, అకౌంట్స్‌, ఆరోగ్య విభాగం, భ‌ద్ర‌త విభాగాల సిబ్బంది 100 శాతం హాజరవుతున్నారని ఆయన వివ‌రించారు. ఇత‌ర విభాగాల్లో అవ‌స‌రాన్ని బ‌ట్టి 33 శాతం సిబ్బంది కార్యాల‌యాల‌కు హాజ‌ర‌వుతున్నార‌ని, ఇత‌ర సిబ్బంది ఇళ్ల వ‌ద్ద నుండే విధులు నిర్వ‌హిస్తున్నార‌ని తెలియ‌జేశారు.
