METLOTSAVAM FROM JAN 19-21
Tirupati, 17 January 2017: The Traimasika Metlotsavam will be observed from January 19-21 under the aegis of Dasa Sahitya Project of TTD.
The three day event commences at Tirupati in Sri Govindaraja Swamy Chowltry located behind Tirupati Railway Station by 5am on first day with Suprabhatam, Bhajana vibhavari, spiritual discourses etc.and continue till second day evening till 8pm.
On the last day, the Metla Puja is performed to Alipiri foot steps and the bhajan troupes will reach Tirumala through this foot path chanting Govinda Nama. Over 3000 Bhajan troops hailing from AP, TS, TN and Karnataka are taking part in this fete.
Project Special Officer Sri Ananda Teerthacharyulu is supervising the arrangements.
