METLOTSAVAM IS WALKING IN THE PATH SHOWN BY OUR ACHARYA PURUSHAS-TIRUPATI JEO

TIRUPATI, FEB 22: Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar said that the significance of metlotsavam is walking in the moral path shown by our Acharya Purushas and Maharishis and sanctifying our lives.

The Metlotsavam under the aegis of HDPP wing of TTD with 2000 bhajan mandali members took place at Alipiri foot path during the wee hours of Monday. Speaking on this occasion, the JEO said, henceforth Metlotsavam will be conducted four times in a year with Bhajan Mandalis who have enrolled in HDPP. “The Bhajan mandali members should actively take part in the dharmic activities in their respective places and should act Torch bearers of Hindu Sanatana dharma”, he observed.

Earlier in the morning around 5am, over 2000 bhajana mandali artistes reached Alipiri in a procession from Sri Kodanda Rama Swamy temple singing bhajans.
HDPP Secretary Sri Prayaga Ramakrishna, DyEO Sri Dhananjayulu were also present.
