SUPRABHATAM TO REVERBERATE IN TPT FM AGAIN

Tirupati, 22 February 2016: The denizens of Tirupati will now wake up to the melodious Morning Raaga of Sri Venkateswara Suprabhatam in Tirupati AIR FM radio again after a gap of six years in the temple city with the initiation of TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao.

Reviewing with the senior officers of TTD in his chambers in Tirupati, the EO on Monday directed the officers concerned to see that Suprabhatam being resumed in Tirupati FM and negotiate with All India Radio officials.

Later he instructed the engineering wing to complete pending works in Sri Padmavathi Temple, Sri Kodandaramalayam, Sri Prasanna Venkateswara swamy if Appalayagunta temples on a fast pace.

He also reviewed on status of works in taken over temples including Upamaka, Amaravathi, Chandragiri and Vontimitta. The EO also instructed the engineering wing to complete dhwajasthambham works of Nagalapuram temple before March 1.

Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar, All Projects Special Officer Sri N Muktheswara Rao, CE Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy, Additiinal FACAO Sri O Balaji and other officers were also present.
