MORE COUNTERS FOR LADDU PRASADA SEVAKULU-TTD EO

Tirumala, 3 November 2015: TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao who has lauded the services of Laddu Prasada Sevakulu and Srivari Sevakulu in Laddu prasadam issuing counters, has directed the TTD PRO Dr T Ravi to extend their services to more counters in future by properly training them.

During the senior officers review meeting held at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Tuesday he said, the services of sevakulu have been extended to three more counters from Tuesday onwards. “They should be given training so that their services can be extended to all counters in future to give transparent and effective services to pilgrims”, he maintained.

Later the EO instructed the Health Officer Dr Sermishtha to impart training to the lab analysts in order to get the best possible reports of the samples of the ingredients which are used in the preparation of annaprasadams and laddu prasadams including BG Dal, Ghee etc.

He also directed the officials concerned to streamline donor pass book issuing system by adopting new technology.

Meanwhile the Deputy Conservator of Forests Sri Sivaram Prasad told the EO the wing has a target to plat 1.3lakh plantations out of which 40 thousands were red sanders, 40 thousands need based plants and others include medicinal plants and other varieties. “We have completed the plantation of 30thousand red sanders and need based plants and the rest will also be completed before the year end”, he added.

Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju, Additional FACAO Sri O Balaji, CE Sri Chandra Sekhar Reddy and other HoDs were also present.
