ONGC RELEASES Rs.6.78 CRORES TO TTD UNDER “SWACH BHARAT” MISSION_ స్వచ్ఛ తిరుమలకు ఓఎన్‌జిసి రూ.6.78 కోట్లు
Tirupati, 31 July 2017: The Oil and Natural Gas Corporation as a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has released Rs.6.78crores to TTD under the prestigious “Swach Bharat Iconic Places mission” envisaged by Government of India.
The ONGC Director for HR Sri DD Mishra called on TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal in the later’s chambers in TTD Administrative building in Tirupati on Monday and handed over the cheque for Rs.6,78,25,800 towards the Swach initiative.
Speaking on this occasion, the TTD EO Sri Anil Kumar Singhal said, Tirumala has been selected under the Swach Bharat Mission finding prominent place as one among the top ten places in the 100 Iconic heritage, spiritual and cultural places in the country in the first phase itself. The ONGC has come forward to fund Rs.13crores towards Swach Mission in Tirumala. Today they have released about 6.78cr as first installment grant. I thank ONGC for their initiative”, he maintained.
Complementing the efforts of the temple management of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams in taking forward the Clean India campaign in an effective manner in various aspects, the Director HR of ONGC Sri DD Mishra said, “Under the Swachh Bharat Mission initiative, the Centre has taken up special clean-up initiative focused on Swach Iconic places. Today we have released 6.78cr out of 13crores to TTD. The second installment will also be released soon. We thank TTD and its Administrative Chief Sri Anil Kumar Singhal and his team of officers for the Swach initiatives to keep Tirumala and its premises clean and hygienic.
Earlier the TTD EO along with TTD CE Sri Chandra Sekhar Reddy presented Power Point Presentation report over the various activities including waste water management, conventional energy resources, health and sanitation and other various aspects undertaken by TTD.

జూలై 31, తిరుపతి, 2017: స్వచ్ఛభారత్‌లో భాగంగా తిరుమలలో చేపడుతున్న కార్యక్రమాలకు సహకారం అందించేందుకు ఆయిల్‌ అండ్‌ నేచురల్‌ గ్యాస్‌ కార్పొరేషన్‌ (ఓఎన్‌జిసి) తమ కార్పొరేట్‌ సామాజిక బాధ్యతగా సోమవారం రూ.6.78 కోట్ల చెక్కును అందించిందని టిటిడి ఈవో శ్రీ అనిల్‌కుమార్‌ సింఘాల్‌ తెలిపారు. టిటిడి పరిపాలనాభవనంలో సోమవారం ఉదయం ఓఎన్‌జిసి, టిటిడి అధికారులతో ఈవో సమావేశం నిర్వహించారు.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ స్వచ్ఛ ఆదర్శనీయ ప్రాంతంగా తిరుమల ఎంపికైన నేపథ్యంలో మరిన్ని అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలు చేపట్టేందుకు ఓఎన్‌జిసి సహకారం అందిస్తోందన్నారు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో రూ.13 కోట్లు ఇచ్చేందుకు ముందుకొచ్చిన ఓఎన్‌జిసి మొదటి విడతలో రూ.6.78 కోట్లను అందించినట్లు తెలిపారు. తిరుమలలో మురుగునీరు శుద్ధిచేసి వినియోగం కొరకు, ఘనవ్యర్థాల నిర్వహణ, విద్యుత్‌ ఆధునీకరణ, పొదుపు చర్యలు, మెరుగైన పారిశుద్ధ్యం, రవాణా తదితర అభివృద్ధి పనులకోసం ఈ నిధులను ఖర్చు చేస్తామన్నారు. మరింత వేగవంతంగా అభివృద్ధి పనులు పూర్తి చేసేలా ప్రణాళిలు రూపొందించామన్నారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈవో ఓఎన్‌జిసి ప్రతినిధులకు కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలియజేశారు. టిటిడిలో జరుగుతున్న పనుల పరిశీలన కోసం త్వరలో కేంద్ర పెట్రోలియం శాఖ మంత్రి శ్రీధర్మేంధ్ర ప్రధాన్‌ తిరుమలకు రానున్నారని ఈవో తెలిపారు.
అనంతరం ఓఎన్‌జిసి డైరెక్టర్‌ (హెచ్‌ఆర్‌) శ్రీ డి.డి.మిశ్రా మాట్లాడుతూ తిరుమలలో పలు అభివృద్ధి పనులకు సంబంధించి నిధులు అందించేందుకు టిటిడితో ఎంవోయూ కుదుర్చుకోవడం తమకు చాలా సంతోషంగా ఉందన్నారు.
అంతకుముందు తిరుమలలో చేపట్టిన అభివృద్ధి పనులపై టిటిడి చీఫ్‌ ఇంజినీర్‌ పవర్‌ పాయింట్‌ ప్రజెంటేషన్‌ ఇచ్చారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా ఓఎన్‌జిసి ప్రతినిధులకు టిటిడి ఈవో శ్రీవారి ప్రసాదాలను అందించారు.
