PAVITROTSAVAMS CONCLUDES IN TIRUMALA ON A GRAND NOTE

Tirumala, 27 Aug. 15: The annual three-day festival of Pavitrotsavams concluded on a religious note in the Srivari temple on Thursday with Purnahuthi.

Earlier in the morning, Snapana Tirumanjanam has been performed to the processional deities followed by rituals like Visesha Samarpana, procession of deities in the four mada streets etc.

In the evening the purificatory festival, which is also known as Sarvadoshopasamana, Sarva Yagna Phalaprada concluded with Purnahuthi.

TTD Board Chief Dr Ch Krishnamurthy, Executive Officer Dr D Samba Siva Rao, Temple Deputy EO Sri C Ramana were also present.
