PROCESSION OF EIGHTH PHASE MANAGUDI KANKANAMS HELD

Tirumala, 4 November 2016: The procession of Managudi-VIII sacred material was held in Tirumala on Friday.

As a part of the holy procession, the sacred material were carried over head by TTD Chairman Dr Ch Krishnamurthy along with JEOs Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju and Sri P Bhaskar from Bedi Anjaneya Swamy temple to Tirumala shrine.

Later the sacred material were kept at the holy feet of Lord Venkateswara inside sanctum sanctorum. After getting the divine blessings, the materials will be dispatched to respective temples.

Speaking on this auspicious occasion, TTD board chief Dr Ch Krishnamurthy said, this mega religious fete will be observed in over 12480 temples in the states of AP and TS from November 11 Kaisika Dwadasi day to November 14 Karthika Pournami day. He urged all the people, sevakulu, Bhajan troupes, dharma Prachara Mandalis to be a part in this mega religious fete and get the divine blessings.

TTD Chairman Dr Ch Krishnamurthy, TTD JEOs Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju, Sri Pola Bhaskar, HDPP Spl Officer Sri N Muktheswara Rao, Temple DyEO Sri Rama Rao, Peishkar Sri R Selvam, Sri Gururaja Rao and others took part.
