Tirumala, 16 September 2021: Provide battery cars at GNC, ANC, ATC, SNC sub enquiries for the benefit of devotees where pilgrim influx is more said TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy.
A Review meeting with all the department heads in Tirumala was held at Annamayya Bhavan on Thursday by EO along with Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy and CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti.
The EO reviewed on the Complaint Tracking System and instructed the concerned that every complaint should be recorded in online. He said that the attenders who are working in Rest Houses shall be henceforth referred as Bhakta Sahayaks and they should assist the pilgrims.
The EO instructed that the garbage lying in Inter cottage space shall be carried out by Health Wing. He directed the officials to assess the scrap materials and clear it.
At Laddu Counters display boards with the necessary information so that the devotees shall know whom they have to approach whenever they come across any issue, he instructed.
EO also reviewed on the shift wise manpower deployment in Temple and Reception wings.
Earlier the EO inspected SV Museum, SV Gosala, Bata Gangamma temple, Employees Quarters, Potu workers rest house and made necessary instructions.
Additional EO Sri AV Dharma Reddy, CVSO Sri Gopinath Jatti, CE Sri Nageswara Rao and others were also present.

ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ భ‌క్తుల‌కు నిరంత‌రం అందుబాటులో ఉండే అటెండ‌ర్ల‌ను ఇక‌పై భ‌క్త స‌హాయ‌క్ అని పిల‌వాల‌న్నారు. కంప్లైంట్ ట్రాకింగ్ సిస్ట‌మ్‌పై స‌మీక్షిస్తూ భ‌క్తుల నుండి వ‌చ్చే ఫిర్యాదులన్నింటినీ ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో త‌ప్ప‌నిస‌రిగా న‌మోదు చేయాల‌న్నారు. కాటేజీల మ‌ధ్య‌లో చెత్త‌చెదారాన్ని తొల‌గించి ప‌రిశుభ్రంగా ఉంచాల‌ని ఆరోగ్య విభాగం అధికారుల‌ను ఆదేశించారు. ల‌డ్డూ కౌంట‌ర్ల వ‌ద్ద ఎదుర‌య్యే స‌మ‌స్య‌ల‌పై ఫిర్యాదు చేసేందుకు సంబంధిత అధికారుల వివ‌రాల‌తో ప్ర‌ద‌ర్శ‌నాబోర్డులు ఏర్పాటు చేయాల‌న్నారు. తిరుమల శ్రీ‌వారి ఆల‌యం, వివిధ విభాగాల్లో నిరుప‌యోగంగా ఉన్న సామ‌గ్రిని డిపిడ‌బ్ల్యు స్టోర్‌కు త‌ర‌లించాల‌న్నారు. వ‌స‌తి క‌ల్ప‌న విభాగం, ఆల‌యంలో షిఫ్టుల వారీగా విధులు నిర్వ‌హించే సిబ్బంది సంఖ్య‌పై స‌మీక్ష చేప‌ట్టారు.
అంత‌కుముందు ఈవో తిరుమ‌ల‌లో విస్తృతంగా త‌నిఖీలు నిర్వ‌హించారు. ఎస్వీ మ్యూజియం, గోశాల, బాట‌గంగ‌మ్మ గుడి, ఉద్యోగుల క్వార్ట‌ర్స్‌, పోటు కార్మికుల విశ్రాంతి గ‌దులను ప‌రిశీలించారు. త్వ‌ర‌లో మ్యూజియంలో జ‌రుగుతున్న అభివృద్ధి ప‌నుల‌పై అధికారుల‌తో స‌మీక్ష నిర్వ‌హిస్తామ‌ని చెప్పారు.
ఈ స‌మావేశంలో టిటిడి అద‌న‌పు ఈవో శ్రీ ఎవి.ధ‌ర్మారెడ్డి, సివిఎస్వో శ్రీ గోపినాథ్‌జెట్టి, చీఫ్ ఇంజినీర్ శ్రీ నాగేశ్వ‌ర్‌రావు ఇత‌ర విభాగాధిప‌తులు పాల్గొన్నారు.
