Tirupati, 2 Jul. 21: Serving in a religious organization like TTD is an opportunity provided by Sri Venkateswara Himself and everyone should make use of this divine offer by discharging duties with dedication said TTD EO Dr KS Jawahar Reddy.
Addressing the 118 candidates who have been appointed in TTD on compassionate grounds in a program arranged at Mahati Auditorium in Tirupati on Friday evening, he said “Every IAS officer aspires to work at least once in this divine institution before his or her retirement. But you are all blessed to work here as employees of TTD which is nothing but a life time opportunity given to you by Srivaru Himself. It is now your turn to learn work and discharge your duties with dedication, discipline and selflessness he reiterated.
Earlier in his address, Tirupati Legislator and former TTD Trust Board Chairman and member Sri B Karunakar Reddy said that the opportunity to work in TTD is because of the good virtues of one’s past life. “As per Hindu Dharma, after taking 84lakh births, the almighty blesses us with human life. Taking birth in India, that too in Tirupati and getting recruited in TTD means, its a fruit that He has given to all of you following your pious deeds in your earlier births. So make use of this divine opportunity and render selfless services and enhance the reputation of the institution”, he added.
While rendering Vote of Thanks, JEO Smt Sada Bhargavi said special training will be given to these candidates at SVETA from July 15 onwards and asked all of them to make use of this training programme to brush up their skills.
The appointment orders were given to all the 118 candidates by EO, MLA and JEO on the occasion.
Compassionate appointments included 91 men and 27 women for the postings in Junior Assistant, Assistant, OSOs, Muzdoor, MPWs, Cleaner, Helper etc. cadres.
DyEO of HR Department Sri C Govindarajan, SE Sri Jagadeeshwar Reddy, PRO Dr T Ravi, AEO HR Smt Kumari Devi and other staff members were present in the programme which took place as per Covid norms.

తిరుపతి, 2021 జూలై 02: ప్రపంచ ప్రసిద్ధిగాంచిన హిందూ ధార్మిక సంస్థ అయిన తిరుమల తిరుపతి దేవస్థానంలో సాక్షాత్తు శ్రీవారి చెంత ఉద్యోగం చేయడం పూర్వజన్మ సుకృతమని టిటిడి ఈవో డాక్టర్ కె ఎస్.జవహర్ రెడ్డి అన్నారు. టిటిడిలోని వివిధ విభాగాల‌లో విధులు నిర్వ‌హిస్తూ మరణించిన ఉద్యోగుల కుటుంబ సభ్యులు 118 మందికి శుక్రవారం తిరుపతి శాసనసభ్యులు శ్రీ భూమన కరుణాకర్ రెడ్డితో కలిసి ఈఓ కారుణ్య నియామ‌కపత్రాలు అందజేశారు. తిరుపతిలోని మహతి ఆడిటోరియంలో ఈ కార్యక్రమం జరిగింది.
ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈవో మాట్లాడుతూ వివిధ ప‌రిపాల‌నా ప‌ర‌మైన కార‌ణాల వ‌ల‌న పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్న కారుణ్య నియామ‌కాలకు ప్ర‌భుత్వ అనుమ‌తితో ఉత్త‌ర్వులు ఇస్తున్నట్టు తెలిపారు. వీరిలో 81 మంది జూనియ‌ర్ అసిస్టెంట్లు, ఒక అసిస్టెంట్‌, 20 మంది ఆఫీస్ స‌బార్డినెంట్స్‌, ఒక డ్రైవ‌ర్‌, ఏడుగురు ఎమ్‌పిడ‌బ్లూ, న‌లుగురు హెల్ప‌ర్లు, ముగ్గురు క్లీన‌ర్లు, ఒక ఫారెస్టు మ‌జ్దూర్‌ ఉన్నట్టు చెప్పారు. వీరందరూ క్రమశిక్షణతో విధులు నిర్వహించి మంచి పేరు తెచ్చుకోవాలని కోరారు. ఇకపై కారుణ్య నియామక ప్రక్రియను సులభతరం చేశామని, ఉద్యోగి మరణించిన 15 రోజుల లోపు వారి కుటుంబ సభ్యులు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకుంటే నెల రోజుల్లో నియామక పత్రం అందిస్తామని వెల్లడించారు. ఉద్యోగాలు పొందిన వీరందరికీ రెండు వారాల పాటు శ్వేతలో శిక్ష‌ణ కార్యక్రమం నిర్వ‌హిస్తామన్నారు. కారుణ్య నియామక పత్రాలు అందించేందుకు శ్రమించిన హెచ్ఆర్ విభాగం ఆధికారులను, సిబ్బందిని ఈ సందర్భంగా ఈవో అభినందించారు.
తిరుపతి శాసనసభ్యులు శ్రీ భూమన కరుణాకర్ రెడ్డి మాట్లాడుతూ కలియుగ ప్రత్యక్షదైవమైన శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వర స్వామి కొలువులో చేరడం మహద్భాగ్యం అన్నారు. టిటిడి ఉద్యోగాన్ని జీవన ఆదాయ వనరుగా కాకుండా ధార్మిక సేవగా భావించి ఆధ్యాత్మిక నిరతిని చాటాలన్నారు. ఉద్యోగులు శ్రీవారి ఆలయ చరిత్రను, సనాతన ధర్మ ప్రాశస్త్యాన్ని తెలుసుకోవాలన్నారు. దేవాలయ సంస్కృతి ప్రారంభమైన కాలంలోనే తిరుమల పుణ్యక్షేత్రం వెలసిందన్నారు. తిరుమలకు 2 వేల సంవత్సరాలకు పైగా, తిరుపతికి 900 సంవత్సరాల లిఖితపూర్వక చరిత్ర ఉందని తెలిపారు.
టిటిడి జెఈఓ శ్రీమతి సదా భార్గవి మాట్లాడుతూ కారుణ్య నియామక పత్రాలు అందుకున్న ఉద్యోగులందరూ టిటిడి ప్రతిష్టను మరింత పెంచే విధంగా విధులు నిర్వహించాలని కోరారు. శ్రీవారి దర్శనార్థం వచ్చే భక్తులకు నిస్వార్థంగా సేవలు అందించాలన్నారు.
