REVIEW MEETING ON SANTHANA PRACHARA SADDASSU

Tirumala, November 1, 2010: With a view to propagate Dharma, the TTD will conduct Sanathana Dharma Prachara Sadassu at Tirumala on Nov 29 & 30 told Sri I.Y.R.Krishna Rao, Executive Officer, TTDs.

 

Speaking with Media persons at Annamayya Bhavan, Tirumala on Monday along with Sri P.V.R.K.Prasad, the convenor of this Sadassu said that it has been decided that there will be six one-hour sessions specifically dealing with a particular issue. In each session, three or four Swamiji’s will be leading the discussions. For each session, there will be a senior officer as a coordinator he added. The following is the tentative schedule:

 

29 November 2010

2.00PM to 2.30PM :- welcome session,

 

First Session Session:

2.30PM to 3.30PM :- How to make each temple a dharmic centre?.

              

Second Session:

3.30PM to 4.30PM :- How to protect the vulnerable sections of Hindus from being

                                  The target of conversions.

               

Third Session:

4.30PM to 5.30PM :- How to counter the propaganda strategies of other faiths.

              

Fourth Session:

5.30PM to 6.30PM :- Dharmic session of Andhra Pradesh/objectives and present status

Fifth Session:

9.30AM to 10.30AM :- the functions of central dharmic advisory council, District dharmic     

                                     advisory councils & mandal dharmic advisory councils in Andhra Pradesh.

 

Sixth Session:

10.30AM to 11.30AM :- Various Dharma Prachara schemes taken up the TTDs. Suggestions for                                          I                                       improvement and for extending them to the neighboring states. 

 

Sri P.V.R.K.Prasad, the convenor of this sadassu informed that nearly 50 to 60 samijis from different parts of the country will take part in this saddas and senior IAS officials like Sri K.V.Ramanachary, Sri J.Ramababu, Sri J.Sathyanarayana, Sri Nagi Reddy, Sri I.Y.R.Krishna Rao, and Sri J.S.V.Prasad will coordinate the sessions.

 

Earlier the Executive Officer had reviewed with Officials on the arrangements to be made for this sadas at Annamayya Bhavan.

 

Sri K.Bhaskar, Joint Executive Officer, Sri M.K.Singh, C.V&S.O, Dr. Rallabandi Kavitha Prasad, Secretary HDPP, Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy, Chief Engineer and other seniors officials of TTD were also present.
