SAND ART OF MAHA VISHNU THRILLS PILGRIMS_ ప్రత్యేక ఆకర్షణగా పాల‌క‌డ‌లిలో విష్ణుమూర్తి సైకత శిల్పం

Tirumala, 10 October 2018: The saikat art of Sri Maha Vishnu in Milky Ocean at the mega exhibition thrilled the devotees who made a bee line on the first day as a part of Navaratri Brahmotsavams on Wednesday.

The exhibition got up by the Garden department of the TTD at the Kalyana vedika on the Papavinasam road has been a major hit already with huge foot falls.

Bangalore sisters Kum. Gowri and Kum. Nilambika who had graduated with a fine arts degree in saikat art have matered the art of sand sculpting mythological characters.

The TTD garden department has been showcasing the saikat art sculptures since 2014 as a part of its flower, fruits display in the exhibitions. Till now the creative artists had displayed Sri Bhuvarahaswamy, Garuda brining Ananda Nilayam from Vaikuntam, Matsyavataram, and Vamanavataram in saikat art under the able guidance and direction of the Deputy director of Garden department Sri Srinivasulu.

The Bangalore sisters had so far displayed their skills in 40 regions across the country so far.

అక్టోబ‌రు 10, తిరుమల 2018: శ్రీ‌వారి న‌వ‌రాత్రి బ్ర‌హ్మోత్స‌వాల‌కు విచ్చేసే భ‌క్తుల కోసం ఏర్పాటుచేసిన పాల‌క‌డ‌లిలో విష్ణుమూర్తి సైక‌త శిల్పం భక్తులను విశేషంగా ఆకట్టుకుంటోంది. టిటిడి ఉద్యానవన విభాగం ఆధ్వర్యంలో తిరుమలలోని కల్యాణవేదిక వద్ద ఏర్పాటుచేసిన ఈ సైకత శిల్పం భక్తిభావాన్ని పంచుతోంది.

బెంగళూరుకు చెందిన కుమారి గౌరి, కుమారి నీలాంబిక ఈ సైకత శిల్పాన్ని రూపొందించారు. ఈ ఇద్దరు యువతులు సైకత శిల్పకళలో ఫైన్‌ ఆర్ట్స్‌ డిగ్రీని పూర్తి చేశారు. వీరు పౌరాణికాంశాలను సందర్భానికి తగ్గట్టు ఇసుకతో శిల్పంగా మలచడంలో సిద్ధహస్తులు.

టిటిడి ఉద్యానవన విభాగం 2014 శ్రీవారి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల నుంచి ఫలపుష్ప ప్రదర్శనశాలలో సైకత శిల్పాలకు చోటు కల్పిస్తోంది. ఇప్పటివరకు శ్రీభూవరాహస్వామి, వైకుంఠం నుంచి శ్రీవారి ఆనందనిలయ విమానాన్ని తీసుకొస్తున్న గరుత్మంతుడు, మత్య్సావతారం రూపాలను ఈ యువతులు ఇసుకతో తీర్చిదిద్దారు. కాగా, కుమారి గౌరి, కుమారి నీలాంబిక ఇప్పటివరకు దేశవ్యాప్తంగా 40 ప్రాంతాల్లో సైకత శిల్పాలను రూపొందించారు. టిటిడి ఉద్యానవన విభాగం డెప్యూటీ డైరెక్టర్‌ శ్రీ శ్రీనివాసులు పర్యవేక్షణలో ఈ సైక‌త శిల్పాన్ని ఏర్పాటుచేశారు.
