Tirumala, 24 Sep. 19: Tirumala Special Officer Sri A V Dharma Reddy called up on the tonsurers of Kalyanakatta to render honest services to pilgrims who throng during the ensuing annual brahmotsavams.

Addressing over 1000 barbers in Asthana Mandapam at Tirumala on Tuesday, the SO said, the annual event will commence on September 30 and conclude on October 8. “As the Tamil Puratasi month has already commenced, the pilgrim influx this year will be more than the normal peak day rush and hence I urge you all to offer dedicated services to the pilgrims without absenting from your duties”, he added.

Later he interacted with the male and female barbers and assured to solve their issues one after another in a phased manner after annual brahmotsavams. The tonsurers also assured to give their best possible services to pilgrims during the annual fete. He instructed DyEO and AEO to ensure that there is no shortage of blades, sandal tablets, anti-septic lotion etc.at all the Kalyanakattas.

Earlier, DyEO KKC Smt Nagaratna made an introductory speech while the closing remarks were made by Sri Jagnmohanachari, the AEO of Kalyana Katta.

తిరుమలలోని అస్థాన మండపంలో మంగళవారం 1000 మంది క్షురకులను ఉద్దేశించి మాట్లాడుతూ శ్రీ‌వారి వార్షిక బ్ర‌హ్మోత్స‌వాలు సెప్టెంబర్ 30న ప్రారంభమై అక్టోబరు 8వ తేదీ ముగుస్తుందన్నారు. “తమిళ పెర‌టాసి నెల ఇప్పటికే ప్రారంభమైనందున, అధిక సంఖ్య‌లో విచ్చేసే భ‌క్తుల‌కు అంకితభావంతో సేవలందించాల‌న్నారు.

తరువాత అతను పురుషులు మరియు మ‌హిళ‌ క్షుర‌కులతో మాట్లాడుతూ స్వామి బ్రహ్మోత్సవాల తరువాత దశలవారీగా క్షుర‌కుల సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించేందుకు చ‌ర్య‌లు తీసుకుంటామ‌న్నారు. ఈ సంద‌ర్భంగా క్షుర‌కులు వార్షిక బ్ర‌హ్మోత్స‌వాల‌లో భ‌క్తుల‌కు అత్యుత్త‌మమైన సేవలను అందిస్తామని ప్ర‌త్యేకాధికారికి హామీ ఇచ్చారు. అన్ని కళ్యాణకట్ట‌లలో బ్లేడ్లు, చేతులకు గ్లౌజ్‌, ముఖానికి మాస్క్‌లు, టిష్యూ పేపర్లు హెపటైటిస్‌ బి వ్యాక్సిన్లు మొదలైన వాటి కొరత లేకుండా చూడాలని ఆయన డెప్యూటీ ఈవోను ఆదేశించారు.
