Tirupati, Nov 22, 2010: The Chairman of TTD Specified Authority, Sri J.Satyanarayana has said that fundamental re-thinking of procedures should be evolved in Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) for the benefit of pilgrims.
The Chairman has conducted a review meeting with TTD Heads of Department on the proposed innovative system of “ Sriseva” at TTD Administrative Building in Tirupati on Monday morning.
While addressing the Heads of Department, Sri Satyanarayana said the Sriseva project has four components — process, people/pilgrims, technology and resource.
The outdated procedures have to be changed radically with the latest technology and to cope up with pilgrims demands, he said the overall organization skills should be improved for better administration besides conduct meetings with the staff every fortnight.
To strengthen the administration, the Department of Heads should pay a key role in participate and express views in the meetings, the Chairman said the main objective of the project “ Sriseva” ( e-Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams ), to provide quality service to the visiting pilgrims.

Earlier, Ernst and Young , which has been selected as consultant to assist TTD in the Sriseva project for study and design of transformational system for pilgrim services and the temple administration, has presented their power point presentation,

తిరుపతి, 2010 నవంబర్‌-22: అనునిత్యం తిరుమల శ్రీవారి సందర్శనార్థం వేలాది సంఖ్యలో విచ్చేసే భక్తుల దర్శన, వసతి, ఇతర సౌకర్యాలను వారికోరిక మేరకు అందిచాలి అంటే సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానాన్ని పరిపాలన వ్యవస్థలో తీసుకురావలసిన అవసరం ఎంతైన ఉంది అని తితిదే సాధికారిక మండలి అధ్యకక్షులు శ్రీ జె.సత్యనారాయణ తెలిపారు.
తిరుమలకు విచ్చేసే భక్తులకు దర్శన,వసతి,భోజన,తలనీలాల సమర్పణ తదితర అన్ని సౌకర్యాలు ఒకే టిక్కెట్టు పై అమలు చేయాలని తలపెట్టిన శ్రీసేవ పథకం పై సోమవారం నాడు తిరుపతిలోని తితిదే పరిపాలనా భవనంలో అధికారుల సమావేశం జరిగింది. ఈ సందర్భంగా వివిధ విభాగాదిపతులను ఉద్దేశించి శ్రీ జె.సత్యనారాయణ మాట్లాడుతు ఈ ప్రాజెక్టులో నాలుగు ప్రధాన అంశాలు ఉన్నాయి అన్నారు. అందులో మొదటిది అమలు విధానం అని, రెండవది భక్తులు, మూడవది సాంకేతికత, నాల్గవది వనరులు అన్నారు. రోజు రోజుకు తిరుమలకు విచ్చేసే భక్తుల సంఖ్య విపరీతంగా పెరుగుతూండడంతో ఇంకా పాతపద్ధతులని అనుసరిస్తు భక్తుల దర్శన వసతి సౌకర్యాలను పూర్తి చేయాలి అంటే అది అసాధ్యమని అన్నారు.
ఈ నేపథ్యంలో అత్యాధునిక సాంకేతిక పరిజ్ఞానంతో విప్లవాత్మక మార్పులను పరిపాలన విధివిధానాలలో తీసుకురాగలిగితే తప్ప భక్తుల అవసరాలను తీర్చడం సాధ్యంకాదు అని అన్నారు. వీటిని దృష్టిలో ఉంచుకొనే శ్రీసేవ పథకాన్ని రూపొందించడం జరిగింది అని ఆయన అన్నారు. ఒక ప్రక్క పటిష్టమైన, పారదర్శకతతో కూడిన పాలనను, మరొక ప్రక్క భక్తులకు మెరుగైన దర్శన-వసతి సేవలను అందించాలి అంటే శ్రీసేవ పథకం యొక్క ఆవశ్యకత ఎంతైన ఉంది అని అన్నారు. ఈ నేపథ్యంలో అన్ని విభాగాధిపతులు ముఖ్యభూమికను పోషిస్తూ తమ యొక్క అభిప్రాయాలను, సూచనలను ఎప్పటిక్పుడు అధికారులకు అందిస్తూ శ్రీసేవ పథకాన్ని సజావుగా అమలు అయ్యేవిధంగా చర్యలు తీసుకోవాలి అని అన్నారు.
శ్రీసేవ పథకం తితిదే ఉద్యోగులలో సామర్థ్యాన్ని కూడ వెలికి తీసేందుకు ఎంతగానో ఉపయోగ పడుతుంది అని అన్నారు. ఇది ఉద్యోగులలో తృప్తిని కల్గించడమే కాకుండా ఆర్థిక క్రమశిక్షణను కూడా పాలనవిధానంలో తీసుకు వస్తుంది అని అన్నారు. అనంతరం ఆయన ఇతర పరిపాలన అంశాలపై వివిధ విభాగాధిపతులతో చర్చించారు.
అంతకు పూర్వం శ్రీసేవ పథకాన్ని రూపొందించటంలో తిరుమల తిరుపతి దేవస్థానానికి సహకరిస్తున ఎర్నష్టు & యంగ్‌ కంపెనీ వారు తాము రూపొందించిన పథకం యొక్క నమూనాను అధికారులకు పవర్‌ పాయింట్‌ ప్రజంటేషన్‌ సహకారంతో విశ్లేషించారు.
