“SPORTS ENHANCES SPIRIT OF SERVICE”-TTD EO

Tirupati, 2 February 2015: TTD Executive Officer Dr D Sambasiva Rao called upon the strong workforce of TTDs to enhance their sporting skills which will ultimately help them to render services to the multitude of visiting pilgrims with more devotion and spirit.

In his inaugural address on the occasion of TTD Annual Sports & Games meet 2015 at Parade Grounds behind TTD Administrative building in Tirupati, the EO said, in this mechanical world today, sports will alone help an individual to develop both physically and mentally. “Especially for the TTD employees, sports are very much essential since they deal with innumerable number of pilgrims every day”, he maintained.

TTD Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar said over 2300 odd employees are taking part in the current year’s sports meet including 1500 plus male and nearly 800 women employees which will be conducted upto February 15.

TTD DLO Sri Nagarjuna, Welfare Officer Smt Baby Sarojini and others took part.
