TTD EO REVIEWS ON SRINIVASA MANGAPURAM AND KAPILATEERTHAM BRAHMOTSAVAMS

Tirupati, 2 February 2015: As the twin mega religious events of annual Brahmotsavams of Lord kalyana Venkateswara swamy of Srinivasa Mangapuram and Sri kapileswara swamy of Kapilateertham are scheduled to commence from February 10, ttd EO Sri Sambasiva Rao directed the officials to make elaborate arrangements.

Reviewing with the HoDs along with Tirupati Jeo Sri P Bhaskar, in Sri Padmavathi rest house in Tirupati on Monday, the EO said after Tirumala Brahmotsavams, Srinivasa Mangapuram event is considered equally important while, Kapileswara temple is considered to be the most important and ancient saivaite temples under the aegis of TTD.

“There should not be any compromise in arrangements regarding health, medical, security, vahanam processions etc.”, the EO said. He also instructed the engineering electrical wing and garden departments to make splendid illuminations and floral decorations all over the temple town and temple city befitting the occasion.

He also directed the temple officials of the respective temples to make use of the Srivari seva volunteers in line maintenance and food distribution and maintain sufficient stock of laddu Prasadams during the event.
