Tirupati, 16 February 2017: The annual brahmotsavams in the famous temple of Lord Shiva in Sri Kapila Teertham in Tirupati will take off on a religious note with Dhwajarohanam on Friday.

The sacred Nandi Dhwaja Patham will be hoisted on to the temple pillar at the sacred scheduled time at 8.28am in Meena Lagnam.

On the first day evening the lord will take celestial ride on Hamsa Vahanam.
