Popularly known as Mini Tirumala, the Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy temple at Srinivasa Mangapuram is equally popular to the hill shrine and has a mythological significance of being the abode visited by none other than Lord Sri Venkateswara Himself soon after His celestial wedding with Goddess Padmavathi. So the presiding deity of this temple is famous by name Sri Kalyana Venkateswara Swamy.

ABHAYA HASTA ROOPA:

Meanwhile on the other hand the abode of Lord Sri Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy in Appalayagunta, about 22km from Tirupati is unique for the presiding deity of Lord Venkateswara in Abhaya Hastha(with the hand in Blessing pose) and thus made Him popular as Prasanna Venkateswara Swamy. It is believed that the Lord blessed Sri Siddeswara and Sages in the holy place after his marriage with Goddess Sri Padmavathi. Devotees throng this temple too in thousands during festival days.

The darshan for the devotees will commence from 4:30am onwards on both the twin religious days.
