VEDIC STUDENTS GETS DIVINE BLESSINGS WITH VEDA HARAM

Tiruchanur, 11 December 2015: The Goddess of Riches may be adorned with different varieties of precious stone studded gold necklaces, long chains, jewels, Her benign blessings is exclusively for this unique “Veda Haram” formed in front of her canopy every day by vedic students.

Blessed are the students of Dharmagiri Veda Pathashala of TTD who form a protective area surrounding the vahanam during Srivari as well as Ammavari brahmotsavams. They feel it as a blessed opportunity since they will be forming the human chain for the Divine Mother.

About 65 students belonging to Veda, Smartha, Agama, Nyaya shastras are deployed to form the
Veda Haram before the procession of each vahanam. Even the pilgrim devotees who try to forcibly enter in front of the vahanams, control themselves after seeing the human chain by vedic students.

“In another few days they will all emerge out as the priests and archakas of various temples present across the country.
