TIRUMALA, SEPT. 24: The Executive Officer of TTD Dr D Samba Siva Rao complimented the officials of all wings of TTD and the strong work force for their team work which lead to the success of Srivari Brahmotsvams.

Addressing the press conference at Annamaiah Bhavan in Tirumala on Thursdayevening the EO said, all the departments in TTD worked in unison and in co-ordination with Police, APSRTC and District Administration from the past two months which yielded fruitful results. The expos by Photo, Museum, Garden, Electricity and other departments are marvellous and won the appreciation of pilgrims at every point. This time we have focussed on quality than numbers which has given overwhelming results. But there will never be an end to qualitative approach. We will try to be more effective for the upcoming Navarathri Brahmotsvams in the month of October”, he observed.

The EO said, “Above all the divine grace and blessings of Lord Venkateswara is with us. He stood behind all of us as the diving force towards the success of this big religious event. With this spirit we are prepared for the Navarathri Brahmotsavams which are in line in the next few days. We are confident that we are prepared to face in every area with a systemic planning”, he asserted.

Adding further TTD EO said, the highest compliment has come from the Head of State, Honourable CM Sri N Chandra Babu Naidu who had lauded the cleanliness and sanitation in Tirumala describing the Hill Town on par with Singapore.

Tirumala JEO Sri KS Sreenivasa Raju said, all the departments are prepared to work with more enthusiasm for the ensuing Navarathi Brahmotsavams which are scheduled for October 14-22 which are away in less than twenty days time. “For us this brahmotsavams is an event-free brahmotsavams”, he observed.

CVSO Sri G Nagendra Kumar said, the Exit and Entry points in all galleries are well designed and organised which resulted in the effective management of pilgrim crowd. “Another important aspect is that we have transported over 50 thousand luggages only on Garuda Seva day from both the foot path routes and handed over to the pilgrims in a hassle free manner”, he maintained.

Tirupati Urban SP Sri Gopinath Jetti thanked all the TTD mandarins and officials for their co-operation in pilgrim crowd management in a friendly atmosphere. “We will work with enhanced spirit in the ensuing Navarathri Brahmotsavams”, he added.

All Projects Special Officer, Sri N Muktheswara Rao said, efficiency is improved at all levels including SVBC live telecast, live commentary, HDPP, Annamacharya, Dasa Sahitya, Divya Prabandha Parayana and Veda Ghosha programmes. “We have used three jimmy jibs, hired two camera men and three hi-fi quality cameras etc. for qualitative coverage on SVBC since millions of people will be witnessing the grandeur of Lord’s Utsvams across the globe. We have also involved expert scholars as commentators to give a meaningful commentary for each vahanam and Agama based ritual which has given a splendid response from the viewers”, he observed.
