TECHNOLOGY PLAYING KEY ROLE IN DHARMA PRACHARA-TCS CEO

Tirumala, 31 October 2016: With an aim to spread the Bhakti Chaitanya across the country and to enhance transparency in the administrative system, the world renowned temple management of TTD is best utilising the technology in dharma prachara as well in pilgrim services, said Tata Consultancy CEO and MD Sri Natarajan Chandrasekharan.

Speaking on this occasion, the CEO of TCS said, TTD has become a role model to other spiritual managements and organisations in introducing on-line services for the sake of the multitude of global pilgrims. “We deem it as a privilege to be associated in this spiritual mission being the IT service providers in a mammoth organisation like TTD”, he maintained.

The techno tycoon was in Tirumala on Monday and offered prayers to Lord Venkateswara during the VIP break darshan. He was received by TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao. After darshan he was offered Vedasirvachanam in Ranganayakula Mandapam. The EO presented him Teertha Prasadams and lamination photo of Lord.
