TIRUPATI ROOMS TO WAIVE CAUTION DEPOSITS ON LINES OF TIRUMALA
Tirupati, 31 October 2016: With an aim to provide speedier and convenient services to multitude of visiting pilgrims, the TTD EO Dr D Sambasiva Rao said, the management will cancel the collection of caution deposits from pilgrims in its accommodation centres in Tirupati to on the lines of Tirumala.
The weekly review meeting with senior officers held in the chambers of TTD EO in administrative building in Tirupati on Monday. Speaking on this occasion, the EO said, very soon the cancellation of collection of caution deposits will come into force in Madhavam, Vishnunivasam and Srinivasam rest houses in the temple city of Tirupati too.
The EO also complimented the health wing officials for improving the sanitation and hygiene environs surrounding Sri Padmavathi Ammavaru temple in Tiruchanoor. He also instructed the concerned to see that there is no scarcity or problem of filtered drinking water supply in Tiruchanoor temple.
As the moth long Karthika Homa Mahotsavams are commencing from November 1 onwards in Kapilateertham temple, he asked the temple officials to make elaborate arrangements for the same for the sake of the devotees thronging the fete.
He also instructed the engineering wing officials to complete the repair works in Annamcharya Kalamandiram without delay. He directed the SVBC CEO Sri Narasimha Rao to telecast the review of various TTD publications. He also instructed him to engage stalwarts of Tamil literature as anchors and narrators of various programmes for the SVBC Tamil channel which is going to be launched soon.
Tirupati JEO Sri P Bhaskar, DLO Sri Venkataramana, CE Sri Chandrasekhar Reddy, Additional FACAO Sri Balaji were also present.
